Equipment Classification Fixes

• Fixed Iris still being detected as an accessory in some cases.
• Fixed Simply Swords weapons being incorrectly treated as accessories:
  • Stormbringer
  • Decaying Relic

Manual Category Override Improvements

• Manual NBT category overrides now have stronger priority.
• Category overrides are preserved more reliably during rerolling, identification, and equipment data updates.
• Added global item category overrides through config, allowing specific item IDs to always use a chosen equipment category.

New Global Category Commands

• Added commands for managing global equipment category overrides.
• These rules apply to all matching item IDs instead of only the currently held item.
• Useful for modded weapons, accessories, or special equipment that need fixed classification.

Config Screen Fixes

• Reorganized the config screen into clearer category tabs.
• Fixed the Classification tab buttons not responding correctly.
• The classification settings page can now be used normally.

Loader Support

• Fabric and NeoForge builds are both updated for this hotfix.
