Additions
* Evokers can use totems if about to die to a projectile, and they gain a temporary projectile-proof shield
* Vex health is reduced to 2
* Conch of Conjuring - a rare evoker drop that does the fang attack
* The Trickster - an illager whose attacks revolve around tricking and confusing the player
* A way to renew runed gloomy tiles - try to kill a trickster with a projectile while it's standing on regular gloomy tiles, or let its confusion bolt hit a gloomy tiles block
* The Mask of Dishonesty - makes you invisible when sneaking
* Pillagers will randomly shoot at target blocks, celebrating if they get a hit
* Added new note block sounds to the target block, gloomy tiles and blast proof blocks
* 'Target block dummies' will rarely generate next to outposts

Changes
* Increased cleaver damage to 12 and reduced attack speed to 0.6
* Changed cleaver sweep mechanics - it doesn't knock back the mob that was directly hit, only all the others in a 1.5 block radius, which also get slowness for a few seconds
* Retextured the cleaver
* Increased executioner attack cooldown
* If you use a Totem of Undying to avoid being killed by a cleaver, you still drop a head
* Creepers or creepies that don't destroy blocks can no longer destroy dropped items, paintings, item frames, armour stands, or leash knots
* Made firework pillagers use random firework colours and shapes
* Improved firework pillager aim
* Reduced iceologer spawn weight
* Emeralds now appear in outpost loot
* Added vines to overgrown outpost
* Pillager raid emerald drops are now the same as in bedrock edition
* Vindicators also have extra emerald drops in raids
* Added blast proof blocks to piglin guard tag
* Added mask and conch to relic collector advancement
* Added creeper spore sprinkles, a 'splash' particle effect appearing when creeper spores hit something
* Renamed some sounds

Fixes
* Fixed broken voluntary exile conditions
* The Voluntary Exile advancement description now reflects the config value for banner burning
* Skeleton villagers now spawn again
* Fixed ownerless creepies taking too long to acquire targets
* Fixed some blast proof and gloomy tile blocks not dropping properly
* Fixed some blast proof blocks not being in the appropriate item tags
* Fixed gloomy tile vertical slabs not being in tags
* Fixed Ice Chunk hitbox being janky
* Fixed pillagers potentially gaining new fireworks on world reload
* Fixed banner dispense behaviour being incompatible with Quark
* Replaced data blocks with jigsaw blocks in overgrown watchtower
* Stopped 1 block enclosures from generating
* Fixed heads dropped from the cleaver changing their skin if you didn't place them down
* Creepie goals now respect the visiblity of the target
* Creepie owner checks look for invisibility in general instead of just the effect
* Creepies respect mob griefing gamerule and event
* Trickster is now included in mob killing advancements
* Creepie charge layer now adjusts to sprout config
