Cities Deco Mod (Formally Saracalia's City Mod)

This is a big update, and there is a lot of changes. Here is what is new in v1.0.03:
- Replaced Decorations with .Json Models (Some models have been removed due to not easy converting)

- Updated all the signs, and more signs are now added

- Updated Traffic Signals (Since these are Java Models still, I have removed a lot of them to help ease on texture loading)

- Updated Fire and Paramedic Emergency Vehicles

- Added Several Vehicles (Not going into the full list of what they are)

- Added Config Support to help people who want LHD Vehicles (Maybe a bit buggy or something, will work on fixing it soon)

- Added American Style Police Cruiser

- Removed all NPC's (These will be back in v1.0.04)

- Updated Textures of "sw_stone" and stone road blocks

- Added Tollbooths, Boom Gates and Large Signs.

PLEASE DO NOT: Take any of the models out of SCM and use them for yourself. I put a lot of hardwork into working on my mod, and the last thing I need is people to take ownership of my work.
