This is not a major update, but there is some things here that has changed.
- Added new Creative Tab: Special - This tab will be where all special vehicles will be going, which one has been added in.
- Added Atlantis Sentinal New South Wales Rural Fire Service Special Edition Fire Truck
- Added Undecorated Christmas Tree
- Added Decorated Christmas Tree
- Added a Present
- Started reworking on some of the models (No changes will be noticable, but will be noticed in an upcoming update) to get ready for an option of glowing head/tail lights, flashing emergency lights and more features for all the buses as well.

 

(This update ended up with a broken link in Mediafire, so people couldn't download it. And sadly for me, I didn't have a back up to this version where every other update I did. Thanks to a user on my Discord Server, they had it, and not all was lost. This was the latest update to Saracalia's CIty Mod from December 23rd, 2019)
