Cities Deco Mod (Formally Saracalia's City Mod)

Yep, new update is here.
- Added Bus Stop Signs (Updated from 1.7.10 versions)
- Added Cash Register (Updated from 1.7.10 versions)
- Added 1952 Astral Demon
- Added Symphon Endo Sports Car
- Added tractors (Updated from 1.7.10 versions)
- Added SCM Letters (Updated from 1.7.10 versions - Models were the base design off the original blank letter, so they are not exactly like the 1.7.10 versions, but still are there)
- Changed textures around for all Buses of SMBus (All local buses look like the buses from Adelaide Metro while the Coach is now white with SMBusCompany on the side)
- Added 1975 Opal Admiral Police Cruiser
- Moved classic vehicles to a new creative tab

Please Note: I have decided to cancel on merging shop signs from v0.2.03 to any Minecraft 1.12.2 due to testing something else. They may be added in the next update, but still yet uncertain. Trucks were also planned for update with colours, but will be doing that only to certain trucks within the next update.

Please Note: This update is from 2019-12-21. There is supposed to be a v1.12.2-0.3.02a, but for some reason, the download link seems to be not working from mediafire, so everything from that update will be in the next update of SCM, which will be Christmas Tree's, Presents, and the New South Wales Fire Truck in dedication to all the NSW RFS Volunteer Firefighters that thought the Australian Bushfires of 2019/2020.
