THE MOD NOW WORKS

it adds the following

Arrows now stop in timestop

You can now run on water when using the sandevistan

Creepers explosion now freezes in time stop

You now need to put the sandevistan into a curios slot

Added Gamerule for changing the sandevistans use time

The sandevistans cooldown now gets doubled the more you you it (you need to sleep to reset it)
