Sam's Ranged Weapons

Sam's Ranged Weapons adds 8 unique ranged weapons, each with different utilities and abilities.

Weapons:

Bone Bow:

The bone bow is a strong bow made with bones which has a high knockback value, causing enemies to fly backwards when shot. This bow uses regular arrows as ammunitions.

Cobweb Bow:

The cobweb bow is a bow which uses string as ammunition. When enemies are hit or the string hits the ground a cobweb is placed, this enables the bow to work well at slowing enemies so you can prepare for your next move or flee whilst you can!

Grappling Hook Crossbow:

The grappling hook crossbow is a crossbow which can be loaded with grappling hooks and used for player transportation. When the crossbow is fired the player moves with the grappling hook through the air, eventually landing with the grappling hook, taking no fall damage.

Arrow Volley Bow:

The arrow volley bow is a bow which requires regular arrows to fire. When it is fired, as the arrow travels through the air, arrows a discharged downwards allowing for an increased chance that your enemy will be hit, and a high chance that hoards of enemies are killed faster.

Snowball Launcher:

Unlike all of the other bows added by the mod, the snowball launcher is a cannon-like weapon. The snowball launcher uses snowballs as ammunition and fires them in rapid succession. However, unlike regular snowballs, due to the extremely high rate of fire from this weapon, the snowballs actually deal damage and they range in the amount of health points they remove.

Hell's Bow:

Hell's Bow is a bow that ignites enemies when the arrows land, when the arrows land on the ground they have a chance to generate fire. Instead of regular arrows, the ammunition for this bow is spectral arrows.

TNT Volley Bow:

The TNT volley bow uses TNT as ammunition but has 10 durability. When fired, TNT is constantly dropped (ignited) from the main TNT fired. This is extremely destructive BE WARNED!

Wither Bow:

The Wither bow is a bow crafted from the drops of the wither boss, and uses wither arrows as ammunition (which are crafted using wither roses and other materials). The wither bow is also destructive and when enemies are shot, they are effected with wither and there is a chance for an explosion to occur. The knockback caused by this bow is equivalent to the high value of the bone bow.
