Mouse ears now apply the sneak 'n' glow effect when equipped.

Mouse ears will now give the wearer a short speed boost when the player is damaged.

If it wasn't obvious, this is designed for a game of cat and mouse! (We are using this on our dedicated server and it works great. Especially with a resizing mod and chisels...)
