# SameStack
SameStack is a lightweight client-side mod that automatically refills an empty hotbar slot with an identical stack from your inventory.
Keep building, eating, farming, or flying without repeatedly opening your inventory.
## Features
- Automatically refills depleted hotbar stacks
- Matches the exact item and its components
- Preserves custom names, enchantments, and other item data
- Ignores tools, armor, weapons, and non-stackable items
- Never restocks while the player is in Creative mode
- Can be enabled or disabled with a configurable key
- Displays a small message whenever an item is restocked
- Remembers whether the feature is enabled between sessions
- Works on compatible multiplayer servers without requiring a server installation
## Safe item matching
SameStack only uses a replacement stack when its item type and components match the depleted stack. A regular item will never be substituted for a renamed, enchanted, or otherwise customized one.
## Usage
Install the mod and its required dependencies, then start Minecraft.
The automatic restock feature is enabled by default. Its toggle key can be changed from Minecraft's Controls menu.
