# Safe Restart

Safe Restart is a lightweight server-side restart warning and countdown mod for modded Minecraft servers.

It helps admins schedule clear restart warnings, notify players before shutdown, save the server, and avoid sudden disconnects.

The goal is simple: make restarts predictable, readable, and safer for multiplayer servers.

Safe by default:

Safe Restart does not restart servers on its own. An admin must explicitly schedule a restart with a command. The mod does not modify blocks, remove entities, edit inventories, or touch player data.
