Chronicler 1.3.7 / MC 26.2
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
- Fix: a chapter's achievement was granted only at the instant its last quest completed, so a world that gained the achievements pack later (the log says "Found new data pack chronicler_achievements") never got the chapters already finished. Every login, and every
/reload, now grants whatever the journal already says was earned: the root, each chapter whose quests are all done, each ending reached. Idempotent and quiet. (ZARP's save: Settling In and The Fire done, no achievement.) - Every shipped chapter now has an
icon, so the achievements tab and the journal are no longer a column of books (ZARP: vault door, sword, brewing stand, blaze powder, eye of ender, nether star; the camp's three side chapters steak, paper, boots; the prologue a torch and bread). The key was always there -- any item id on a chapter, the written book when unset -- and is now in the README. - Quests see inside backpacks.
collectcounts anddeliver/consume take from anything a player carries that shares its contents -- a Sophisticated Backpack, a shulker box, any item with NeoForge's item capability -- carried in the inventory or worn in a Curios slot. Loose items go first, then pockets, then containers; a bag inside a bag is left alone. Nothing names a backpack mod; whoever registers the capability is counted. (Sable, via ZARP.) - Fix: the achievements tab drew the missing-texture check. Its background was written as a texture path (
minecraft:textures/gui/advancements/backgrounds/stone.png), but since 1.21.2 an advancement background is a client asset id and the game addstextures/and.pngitself -- so it looked fortextures/textures/...stone.png.pngon every line. Nowminecraft:gui/advancements/backgrounds/stone. - A pack can restyle the tab:
background: threadwork:gui/advancements/zarpon a chapter (the first chapter to name one wins; the PNG ships in the pack's assets), orachievements.backgroundin the config to override every pack.
