Chronicler 1.3.4 / MC 26.2
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
- Journal home page. The panel opens on Home: what you are on (tracked first, each with its current objective), what is on offer (nearest first, with where and how far), and the story so far -- a recap told from the
recaplines of the quests you have finished, plusrecap_endingslines for the endings you reached andrecap_flagslines for the player flags you set (aworld:prefix reads a world flag) -- a mid-quest choice that tells in the story without being a chapter ending. A chapter's ownrecapis the act as one paragraph, standing in for its quests' lines once every quest inrecap_coversis done (unsaid: every quest that counts toward it); their ending and flag lines still follow. Optional per quest and chapter; a pack with none has no recap./quest recapsays the same in chat. The prologue and ZARP carry recap lines. - Curios pockets: with Curios installed, items in its slots count for
collectanddeliver, and are taken (after the main inventory) when a quest consumes them -- Kit's Scarf worn in a head slot meets "carry Kit's Scarf". A soft seam, reached by name, so nothing is needed to build it;/chronicler statusreports it. - HUD: Nearby. What is on offer within
tracker.hudOfferRadiusblocks (default 24, 0 off), nearest first, capped bytracker.hudMaxOffers. - A person or block with several quests you could take now lists them all, each with Accept and Info, and names what you are already on there -- not the first alone, which hid the rest of the camp's board. A hand-in they are waiting for still comes first.
- Fix: the HUD vanished for anyone with a debug line pinned (F3+F6):
showDebugScreen()is true then too. It now steps aside only for the debug charts. - Several quests on one giver block: a position giver can be
"of": "<quest>", giving from that quest's block -- ZARP's camp fire now keeps a rota of jobs (Firewood is the first). A click, or standing by the fire, is about the first quest you can take (cooldowns respected), else the one you are on; a hand-over for any of them comes first -- the same rule as several quests on one person. Two quests naming the samenear_spawnshare its block instead of the second landing on top of the first's campfire. - Fix: the "!" over an NPC giver sat at an ordinary person's height whatever their scale -- in a big man's name (Sarge), or a metre over a child's head (Kit). It now sits just over the nameplate, which rises and falls with them.
