SableBridge adds Android compatibility support for the Sable physics mod.

Sable is designed primarily for desktop environments, which can cause issues when running on Android-based Minecraft setups such as Pojav Launcher. This mod bridges that gap by adapting native loading behavior and runtime handling so Sable can function correctly on mobile devices.
