Sable: Ragdolls + Cosmetic Armor Reworked Forked compatibility fix

Fixes rendering of cosmetic armor from Cosmetic Armor Reworked Forked when using Sable: Ragdolls

All cosmetic armor display modes now work correctly in ragdoll mode.

IMPORTANT: This fix is compatible only with Cosmetic Armor Reworked Forked by zzik2(click!). Please make sure you are using the correct version of the mod before submitting a bug report.
