The mod adds the ability to pass through sub-levels and the world (like noclip), as well as place blocks on a sub-level even if it is overlapped by other sub-levels or the world. There are two commands:

/snc noclip <true|false> - Allows passing through the world and sub-levels.
/snc block_place <true|false> - Allows placing blocks on a sub-level even if it is overlapped by other sub-levels or the world.
You can activate the speed modification slider by pressing the "X" button.

This can also be activated via config files or via keyboard buttons (unbound by default, category "Sable NC").
