Sable - Make it compatible

• Fixed the Immersive Portals x Sable fixes running twice when Make it Compatible: Immersive Portals is also installed. That mod carries a newer copy of the same patch, so this copy now steps aside when it is present (the log says "dormant"). Without it, nothing changes.

• Fixed the startup crash on current LittleTiles/CreativeCore ("MixinTransformerError: An unexpected critical error was encountered"). LittleTiles 1.6.0-pre223+ supports Sable natively and Sable 2.0.4 removed its LittleTiles incompatibility, so this mod's LittleTiles x Sable patch is retired. Update LittleTiles, CreativeCore and Sable.
• Fixed "Unknown mod littletiles referenced in dependency overrides for mod sable" after removing the mod. The override is no longer written to config/fml.toml, and the line 1.0.0 wrote is removed on first launch. Already removed the mod? Delete sable = ["-littletiles"] from config/fml.toml.
