1.4.0 "Another 5 More Creepers" Update

Added 5 more creepers:

Gamble Creeper: Take your chance. Will you get the jackpot? Or will you get blown up? Odds for the good outcomes are rarer in Kaizo Mode.

Olympic Creeper: A basic creeper capable of jumping towards you. Jump radius is larger in Kaizo Mode.

Fling Creeper: Applies a high level of levitation just enough to fling you into the air. The levitation effect is greater in Kaizo Mode.

Flea Creeper: Hops towards you to explode upon impact. Applies Wither on Kaizo Mode.

Little Guy Creeper: Infects you if it touches you. Drink Milk to cure the virus. The time you get before the virus completely infects you is shorter on Kaizo Mode.
