What's new

-Added baseplate for infantry weapons.

-Update to 1.21.1

KNOWN BUGS:

Placing an infantry weapon on a fresh world appears to cause the game to freeze.
Mounting the weapon on a vehicle first appears to prevent this.
As far as I can tell this exists with the OCP as well.
