- changed the sandblaster behavior, it should respect a blocks placement before de-oxidizing or stripping its bark.
- Added the ability to half reload the sandblaster, it still drains air tanks but it will now accept partial stacks of sand
- sand blaster has a chance of dropping sand when shooting blocks
- Fixed the powered furnace only working if slot 1 had a smeltable item in it
- Changed spawn behavior of scrap zombies, atm they will only spawn on the surface
