Rust and Rebar

This is mostly a WIP that adds degraded storage blocks for show and not use.  4 crate wall blocks, 4 crate end blocks, 4 crates of various types.

Do people want storage on these, or would they prefer them be straight looks?  Please comment in the comments and I'll add storage if needed.  For now these are just for looks, as the functional block part adds alot of unneeded calculations if people just want blocks for look.
