Russian special services

I've been interested in creating this mod since the release of olovo_world 1.0.1, and now I've finished the first version of the mod.

This mod adds new armor to a separate tab in creative mode. and also every armor element can be crafted.

With this mod, you can add the Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSO, FSIN, etc. to your servers
. The mod will be updated and new special services will be added.
And by the way, if you want me to make the same mod about the special services of other countries.

and so far, this mod is planned for versions 1.20.1 1.16.5 and 1.12.2, but you can suggest your own versions.
