Runic Forge 0.2.3 — Detailed Armor Update

Requires Minecraft 26.3, NeoForge 26.3.0.76, and Java 25.

• Added custom worn armor models for all six materials: leather, chainmail, iron, gold, diamond, and netherite.
• Added layered chest plates, raised shoulder armor, knee guards, and detailed boots.
• Redesigned helmets with an open front to keep the player’s face visible.
• Added material-specific armor textures and matching glowing rune accents.
• Replaced vanilla armor rendering on Runic Forge armor with the new custom models.
• Retained the detailed inventory icons and floating forge chisel from previous updates.

Validation: Build, asset checks, gameplay tests, and client startup checks passed. In-world appearance and clipping still need further testing.
