What's new
- Added optional RS-style tier-based mining progression.
Enable via runescapearsenal-common.toml - set enableTierEnforcement = true to require the correct tier pickaxe for each ore. Disabled by default to preserve vanilla mining behavior.
- Updated textures for raw ores, ore veins, nuggets, storage blocks, and ingots.
