Allowed battleaxes to obtain fire aspect and looting in survival.

Added more ways to obtain each runestone, and removed the Laguz Runestone from shipwreck treasure chests. Now each runestone can be obtained through four different ways, three non-renewable, usually treasure chests, and one renewable one, usually either villager trades or a boss drop.
Changed the Fehu Runestone ability to have a kind of cooldown on the sound and energy use, while still blocking environmental damage.
