Rune Walker (addon for Better End)

## Version - 0.1.0

Initial testing by myself with vanilla + Better End mod installed, as well as with a variety of mod packs.

I call this a Beta, as this isn't the finished product i want. (Want the infusion recipe) 
However this shuold be a very stable release. 

- Created Enchantement - Rune Walker can be used on any armor piece.

- List armor items that will allow access to the End via Overworld Portal

   - Crsystalite Helmet

   - Crystalite Chestplate

   - Crsystalite Leggings

   - Crystalite Boots

   -  Aeternium Helmet

   -  Aeternium Chestplate

   -  Aeternium Leggings

   -  Aeternium Boots

 - List of Armor sets that allow access to the End via Overworld Portal. (can be a mix/combination of either)
   - Thallasium Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings & Boots
   - Terminite Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings  & Boots
