A Mod that Reverts Stair and Slab Placement Mechanics Back to Beta

A Mod to Revert Stair and Slab Placement back to how it was in Beta Minecraft.

Top Slabs can no longer be placed, only Bottom Slabs and Double Slabs. Additionally, Stairs cannot be placed upside down.
