Initial 1.16.5 Release

Difference with Magnesium:

- Fixed some Magnesium's crashes/incompatibilities
- Added some new optimizations/enhancements

Has known issue with BetterEnd. Dev make compatibility only for Magnesium's modid. Maybe resolve later.
Also compatible with Magnesium Extras.
