RTM Addon

This mod implements blocks and items related to railroads, such as enhanced ATC and blocks for controlling signals and branches based on ATC sensing, and various alarm devices.
It is compatible with KaizPatch, an extended and modified version of RTM. Some configurations have been confirmed to be bootable in the regular version of RTM.
