Combat
* General
o Added new equipment menu (default V-key) to equip auxiliary items and view stats
o Added fighting styles to select which skills to level when gaining experience from combat
o Altered hit chance and damage formulas to scale combat back and to make the system more driven by skill differences and stat differences between combatants. For example, higher-leveled monsters will be much more difficult to kill if you are lower level
* Magic
o Added unbound spell-casting (default F-key) by selecting a spell without a staff in the slot
o Altered the spell book interface to be more user-friendly
* Ranged
o Removed drawback from bows and added a cooldown instead. Bows are now fired instantly instead of being held back like before
o Ammunition slot in the equipment menu allows players to select which ammo to use when firing their ranged weapons
* Melee
o Added cooldowns to melee combat to remove spam-click mechanics. Players can still spam-click, but the contact won’t register unless the cooldown has been reset completely
Skills
* Prayer
o Added Prayers to assist in combat. Prayer points can be recharged by sneak-right-clicking any prayer altar
o To select Prayers, sneak-right-click with a Prayer Book in-hand and click on Prayers
o To activate selected Prayers, right-click with a Prayer Book in-hand
o Added the ability to sacrifice bones and ashes to Prayer Altars. The base altar, cover, decoration, and herbs in braziers affects the experience gained. Experience is reduced based on the altar’s level and Prayer level if the player does not own the altar. Altar level is given by f(A, C, D) = FLOOR(SQRT(A^2 + C^2 + D^2)) where A is the base altar level, C is the kebbit hide’s level, and D is the metal bar’s level
* Hunter
o Added deadfall trapping to train Hunter. To set a deadfall trap, place a cobblestone block on the ground, and place a deadfall trigger on the side. Quickly place a cobblestone block on top of the trigger to finish the trap. Triggers must have 2 blocks of blank space in any direction
* Fletching
o Added cooldown to Fletching
o Added deadfall triggers to Fletching recipe tables
o Added unpowered staves to Fletching recipe tables
o Added prayer altars to Fletching recipe tables
* Crafting
o Crafting recipe tables are now accessed by right-clicking on a Crafting Table with a chisel in-hand
o Added gemscale armor to Crafting recipe tables
o Added leather armor to Crafting recipe tables
o Added powered staves to Crafting recipe tables
o Moved glass smelting from vanilla furnace to RSMC Smelter – gives Crafting experience
o Added Prayer Book recipe to tools
* Mining
o Replaced Dragonite ore with Archaic ore
* Smithing
o Added dragon items to Smithing recipe tables
o Added braziers to Smithing recipe tables
o Added gauntlets to Smithing recipe tables
o Added kite shields to Smithing recipe tables
o Added plate capes to Smithing recipe tables
o Limited the number of Smelters that can be used at once to the nearest 2 within 3 blocks of the player
* Cooking
o Moved vanilla meat cooking from vanilla furnace to RSMC cooking methods for Cooking experience
o Moved vanilla non-meat cooking from vanilla crafting to RSMC chisel crafting for Cooking experience
* Herblore
o Corrected level requirements to use liquids and herbs together. The level required to make a potion is now given by f(L, H) = FLOOR(SQRT(L^2 + H^2)), where L is the liquid’s level and H is the herb’s level. Making any potion from Apple Juice (10) and Tarromin (8) will actually require level 12
o Limited the number of Crucibles that can be used at once to the nearest 2 within 3 blocks of the player
* Magic
o Added Charming Table to create enchanted items
o Added orb charging directly to the Magic skill (does not require a spell)
* Construction
o Added claiming Prayer Altars to Construction tables
o Added covering Prayer Altars with Kebbit Hides to Construction tables
o Added decorating Prayer Altars with Bars to Construction tables
o Added claiming Braziers to Construction tables
* Firemaking
o Added ability to light braziers that have had an herb placed in them
Items
* Removed Uncharged Orb as a metadata value of the other orbs, expanded charged orbs to include all rune types
* Removed Vial of Water as a metadata value of the fruit juices and made it its own item
* Removed the original jewelry item and added separate items for rings, necklaces, amulets (u), amulets, and bracelets
* Removed original Staff, Air Staff, Water Staff, Earth Staff, and Fire Staff
* Added unpowered staves for every log type, and powered versions for each rune type (120 total)
