Description
RPGs PackGuard is a defensive client/server security mod for Minecraft Forge 1.12.2. It helps server owners protect controlled modpacks against modified clients, forged packets and unauthorized operator access.
Features include:
- Server-authoritative movement, reach and action-rate checks
- Unauthorized operator detection and automatic removal
- Per-player searchable action logs
- Protection against forged Lucraft ability requests
- Compatibility with legitimate Lucraft movement abilities
- Targeted fixes for vulnerable HeroesExpansion, PymTech and SpeedsterHeroes packets
- Configurable logging and enforcement modes
- Detection of explicitly blocked client mods
PackGuard must be installed on both the client and server. It is designed as an additional security layer.
