## 本项目代码：MIT

[LICENSE](LICENSE) 中的 MIT 许可证适用于 **Royale Spells 自编的程序代码、构建与工具脚本、配置及技术文档**，包括 Java 源码、渲染与动画算法、法术机制、AI、兼容层、测试和导出工具。允许依 MIT 条款使用、修改、再分发及商业使用这些代码；再分发时保留版权和许可声明。

这份说明界定哪些内容由本项目授予许可，没有向 MIT 代码附加“非商业使用”等额外限制。第三方内容不因与代码放在同一仓库、源代码 ZIP 或 JAR 中而变成 MIT 许可。

## 明确排除的第三方内容

以下内容 **不属于本项目 MIT 许可授予的范围**，继续适用其原权利人的许可与使用条件：

- **《皇室战争》原版卡图、角色图、音频、商标及其它原作资产**，包括从 RoyaleAPI、Henrylq 音效档案或其它来源取得的副本，以及裁切、缩放、重编码、单声道转换等衍生版本。原作权利属于 Supercell；来源网站公开可下载不表示本项目有权重新许可。
- **MineClash 原始和改编素材**，包括冰精灵的模型数据、贴图、发光遮罩、用于冰元素法杖的同源头部、Blockbench 工程及其导出物。模型数据即使保存在 JSON、OBJ 或生成脚本里，也不因格式变化而转为 MIT。原作者为 LiziYowo / MineClash 团队，项目见 [MineClash](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mineclash)；已记录源版本声明为 All Rights Reserved。使用这些素材须遵守原作者适用的授权。本项目记录的使用授权不被表述为对公众的再许可。
- **Minecraft 的原版模型、纹理、声音和其它 Mojang/Microsoft 资产**。运行时调用原版资源不授予这些资源的版权或再分发权。
- **其它第三方软件或素材**。例如 Gradle Wrapper 保留其上游 Apache-2.0 许可；依赖库保留各自的许可。本项目 MIT 许可不覆盖第三方代码本身。

出处、具体路径、版本及已有哈希记录见 [ASSETS.md](ASSETS.md) 与各分支的 `*-SOURCES.json`。排除范围不限于清单已经列出的文件；嵌入模型工程、预览图或导出结果中的第三方内容同样保留原权利。含这类内容的文件不能被整体宣称为 MIT。

`ASSETS.md` 明确记录为本项目独立制作或 ImageGen 生成、且没有包含第三方内容的新素材，其可由本项目授予的原创贡献也采用 MIT。该授权不覆盖其可能参考的原作角色设计及商标，不覆盖混入或改编的第三方素材。需要一个不含第三方资产的再发行包时，应移除或替换这些内容，并保留代码和依赖的相应许可。

因此准确的项目描述为：**自编代码采用 MIT 开源；第三方资产单独归属并排除在外。** 本项目为非官方玩家模组，不表示 Supercell、Mojang/Microsoft 或 MineClash 团队为其背书。

## English summary

The MIT license in `LICENSE` covers the original Royale Spells program code, build/tool scripts, configuration and documentation. It does not relicense third-party content or add restrictions to the MIT-covered code.

Clash Royale artwork, card icons, audio, trademarks and derivatives; MineClash original/adapted models, textures, glow masks and exports; Minecraft assets; and third-party software are expressly excluded. They retain their respective owners' rights and applicable terms. Asset data remains asset data even when embedded in source code, JSON, OBJ, a Blockbench project, an archive or a compiled JAR. Public availability, attribution or permission to use an asset in this project is not a grant by this project to sublicense it.

See `ASSETS.md` and the source manifests for attribution and scope. Original contributions to artwork expressly documented as independently created/generated by this project, without incorporated third-party content, are also offered under MIT to the extent the project can grant those rights. No rights to third-party character designs, adapted assets or trademarks are granted. This is an unofficial fan project.
