1. PERSONAL / NON-COMMERCIAL USE (free)
Permission is granted, free of charge, to any person to use, copy, modify,
and distribute this software and its source code for personal and
non-commercial purposes, provided that this LICENSE and clear attribution to
the original author are retained in all copies and derivative works.
2. COMMERCIAL USE (revenue-share required)
Any use that generates revenue, directly or indirectly — including but not
limited to: selling this software or derivatives; charging for access,
downloads, or hosting; bundling it in a paid modpack, server, product, or
service; monetized distribution; or paid promotion that depends on this
software — REQUIRES a separate written agreement with the author.
That agreement shall include a revenue share: if you make money from this
software or from works derived from it, the author is entitled to an agreed
portion of that revenue. In short: if you make money, the author makes money.
You must obtain this agreement from the author BEFORE any commercial use.
