What's new

- Added two new stands added
  - Green Day added (Thank you Fish!)
  - Lyin' Eyes added (Thank you Superguy!)
- Gun Refinement, and added a brand new firearm! Goes with Lyin Eyes!
- Fixed another barrage of even more abruptly discovered bugs (ora), probably about 20 bugs fixed involving the new stands, old stands, and random obscure interactions
- Fixed pvp cheese with Manhattan Transfer
- Manhattan Transfer no longer takes damage when attacked (buff)
- Misc other pvp adjustments to make things less oppressive, changes to star finger to make it not bleed 2 but rather give a brief slowdown
- And more but I have a busy day, please try everything out in game and congratulate the devs on the release of their stands! ^^
