Roundabout: The JoJo Mod

- Fixed being able to attack with California king bed pieces during stopped time
- Fixed entering justice control mode in the end, squeezing  through an entity gateway, and then flying black to place fog blocks in one sequence bugging out the client
- Roundabout replenish clears california king bed stand level forgetting 
- Fixed pets with california king bed punishing other pets and their owners for stepping on tiles they spawn while aggrod on other mobs
- Fixed brawling mode leading to mining fatigue not applying leading to cheesing monuments and whatnot
- Work on other wip features
- Gently weeps now has more uptime based on feedback, adjustments to how it works to remain balanced but also strong
- White Album punches are more useful based on feedback
- adjusted vampire damage and saturation based on feedback
