Allows Ancient Debris to be placed rotated when placed by the player.
This follows the log rotation model, whereby, placing Ancient Debris has it oriented with the top texture facing the block face it was placeed on.
Now one can finally build a fallen palm tree, for what that's worth.
The rotated block otherwise shares the same properties of Vanilla Ancient Debris, including pickaxe tier. Mining the rotated version, even with Silk Touch, drops the Vanilla version, provided the pickaxe is Diamond tier or higher. Otherwise drops nothing.
Currently only available for Forge 1.20.1. Ancient Debris is not rotatable when placed in Create's Copycats
