Roost Ultimate Xmas Update 4.1.0

Tuff Chicken

Changes for Modpack/Datapack Devs:
Added more Language entries for UI.
Added Tuff Chicken to the base chicken config, so generate it new and replace your changes from the old one.
Also dont forget to generate a new chicken_biomes.json (delete the old)  in your game directory and ship it with your Modpack Files.
