Rocket Trade is now...

RocketTrades!

But this is not just a name change...
RocketTrades is now a full custom trades mod! For instructions on how to add/remove trades etc. see the mod description, but for those who just want the cartographer trade for rockets that this mod previously provided, don't worry. A trade of one emerald for 3 rockets will be added to every new installation of RocketTrades by default so you don't have to change anything. However, you can remove this trade if you don't want it anymore.
