An apoli addon that adds some useful features

Robin's Apoli Additions

This addon is an abstraction of one of my deprecated mods CCPacks, where I have extracted all Apoli-specific parts, and created this addon.

A short overview of the features added:

- Choices; Functionally Similar to Origins GUI, with some additional features that I prefer.

- Some Power types that i have used in a few different origins I've worked on.

- Data Driven Keybinds.

- Registered Actions

- Power and Action tags.
