Roasted Seeds

Roasted Seeds is a lightweight food mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1.

It adds a simple new food loop built around seeds:

- Roast many common seeds into Roasted Mixed Seeds
- Craft Mixed Seed Bread  from bread and roasted seeds
- Enjoy better hunger and saturation than normal bread
- Gain a short movement speed boost after eating Mixed Seed Bread

Features

Roasted Mixed Seeds
A new snack made by cooking supported seeds.

Supported cooking methods:
- Furnace
- Campfire
- Farmer's Delight skillet support through compatible cooking behavior

Mixed Seed Bread
A stronger bread upgrade crafted from:
- 1 Bread
- 3 Roasted Mixed Seeds

Benefits:
- Better hunger restoration than vanilla bread
- Better saturation than vanilla bread
- Grants Speed I for 1 minute

Mod Compatibility
This mod is designed to stay lightweight and safe to include in modpacks.

It supports additional seed items from compatible mods when present, while still working normally without them. Optional seed integrations are included for:
- Farmer's Delight
- Collector's Reap
- Kaleidoscope Cookery

If those mods are not installed, Roasted Seeds still loads and works on its own.

Why this mod?
Vanilla and modded Minecraft include many seed items, but they often have limited food value. This mod gives them a small but useful purpose without changing the game too much.
