Major Update

Bug-fix and polish release. Other fixes to progression, quests and the boss fight are also
in this build.

### Sounds checked in game, and a listening page
- **Fix**: the Egghead vacuum rocket's whoosh only played about one ride in five (it was tied to one
tick in ten at the foot of the shaft). It now plays once per ride.
- **Four sounds remade** (base cannon, Haki fall, Roger's step and death): they were a bare falling
sine with 99 % of their energy under 250 Hz, inaudible on laptop speakers. They now have a crack, a
saturated low drop and a rumble (`sfx_boom`, `sfx_collapse`).
- `tools/check_sounds.py` flags such sounds (`SOURD`); `tools/sound_page.py` builds
`captures/ecoute_sons.html`, a page with a player for every sound and voice line.
- Dev only: `client/DevSoundLog` logs every mod sound the client really plays (`run/rtl_sounds.log`),
`tools/dev/rawkey.ps1` sends real key presses to the dev client (the base mod reads its keys from
the keyboard event), `/rtl deed buso` equips Armament Haki.

### Skypiea and Fish-Man Island made vast; getting in and out
- **Worldgen lock 15** (new worlds): Skypiea's cloud continent grows from 340 to 600 blocks in radius
with nine more cloud towns; Fish-Man Island gets six more satellite bubbles (four villages, two giant
coral forests), each at the end of its own tunnel, all inhabited.
- **`/passage`** (`world/Passages`) tells how to enter and leave both realms, with coordinates, and a
reminder now shows at the dive point and at the Knock Up Stream islet.
- **Fix**: swimming down to Fish-Man Island required 24 blocks of depth where the sea is only 22 deep;
touching the seabed is now enough.

### Crews against crews, better houses, older worlds, story archipelagos
- **NPC crews react to each other** (`world/CrewRelations`): bands that are not on the same side fight,
make common cause, or part ways. Emperor crews follow the story; others change week by week.
- **Better houses** (`life/HouseTemplates`) for villages and the player's base: stone footing, corner
posts and beams, tall windows with flower boxes, door awning and lantern, smoking chimney, dormer,
furniture, and one house in four has an upper floor.
- **Older worlds get the Labophase**: approaching the Egghead egg in a world created before it fits
out the interior, the vacuum rocket and Vegapunk in place; the sea train now runs in every world
  with the addon's map islands.
- **Worldgen lock 14** (new worlds): up to seven inhabited islets around Water 7, Alabasta, Sabaody
  and Enies Lobby (`world/features/StoryIslets`).
- **Ten new sound effects** (train whistle and chug, rocket, Den Den Mushi ring, fanfare, war horn,
cannon, hammering, Logia pass-through, Haki fall) and `tools/check_sounds.py`.
- A vendetta now also lowers the crew's esteem for the player, so it no longer ends at once.

### Power, career, vendettas, a growing world, a home base, the moving sea train
- **Logia captains** let ordinary player blows pass through (`world/Haki`, gamerule
`rtlLogiaNeedsHaki`): you need the base mod's Armament Haki, a seastone weapon, or to get them wet
(rain, sea, a thrown water bottle). Blackbeard is not intangible.
- **Power dampens blows**: the closer the player's will (doriki, haki, and now bounty) is to a
captain's force, the less that captain hurts, down to a quarter.
- **Career** (`world/Career`, `/carriere`): pirates gain bounty for beating captains; Marines gain
loyalty, pay and ranks, with three kinds of HQ missions (arrest, patrol, sea-train escort).
- **Driving out intruders and vendettas** (`world/Vendetta`): staying on a hostile crew's island brings
soldiers, then a ship and officers, then the captain in person with a fleet; beating them grants the
right to raise your flag, and the crew then hunts you for three days. Taking an island does the same.
- **World era** (`world/WorldEra`, gamerule `rtlWorldGrows`): 0 to 10, rising with time and with each
Emperor defeated; captains and soldiers get stronger, squads bigger, haki spreads.
- **Home base** (`world/HomeBase`, `/base`): found it anywhere outside a town, then buy eight
buildings from a clickable menu (quarters, warehouse, infirmary, forge, kitchen garden, watchtower
with a cannon, treasure room, Den Den Mushi post).
- **Sea train v2**: five cars, a visible arrival and departure, a personal hold that travels with the
train, port-to-port trade (each port produces and wants goods), and the line now starts at Water 7.
- **Vegapunk and his six satellites** live in the Egghead egg, with lines and a daily paid order.
- **Saga** (`world/Saga`): eleven narrated chapters tying these systems together; every island story
now ends with a raid to repel, and finishing a whole sea's stories has its own reward.
- **Fixes**: flying cars and the train silhouette restarted their motion on every update (they crawled
or froze); new GameTests check every island story's texts and steps.

### Mine Mine no Mi 0.11.6
- The addon is now built and tested against **Mine Mine no Mi 0.11.6** (`mmnm_version` in
`gradle.properties`). That release only moves the ship structures and the flying fish to their
own biome tags and fixes a few abilities and screens; none of the classes the addon uses changed,
so 0.11.5 is still accepted (`versionRange` stays `[0.11.5,0.12)`).

### Labophase, vacuum rocket, sea train, island stories, graded Conqueror's Haki
- **Worldgen lock 13** (new worlds): the Egghead egg has an interior (hall, laboratory with glass
vats and Vegapunk's desk, library and kitchen, the Punk Records room under the brain, the garden in
the open shell), a bigger cloud with its ring, and a **vacuum rocket**: a glass shaft that lifts the
player to the cloud in two seconds, onto a quay leading straight to the egg's door (`world/Egghead`).
- **Flying cars** over Egghead city; townsfolk spread from the centre to the districts.
- **Sea train** (`world/SeaTrain`, gamerule `rtlSeaTrain`): the Puffing Tom tours twelve ports, two
  merchants on board, a conductor who hands out **cargo jobs** paid on entering the destination town;
staying on board carries you to the next port; `/train`. It only settles on free water at the end of
the island's pier and only removes its own blocks.
- **34 more island stories** (`world/IslandStories`), three steps each, French and English.
- **Graded Conqueror's Haki** (`world/Haki`): each wave has a force (the captain's bounty), each victim
a will (a third of max health; doriki and haki experience for players). The bigger the gap, the
longer one stays unconscious (4 s to about a minute for mobs, 2 to 11 s for players, using the base
mod's Unconscious effect); a stronger will stands. `/rtl deed will` prints the numbers.
- **Voices redone**: the French multi-speaker model was unintelligible (measured by speech
recognition); every line is re-dubbed with clear voices. New tools `tools/check_voices.py` and
  `tools/voice_durations.py`.
- **Fixes**: Shanks and his crew stand on Elbaph's upper floor; fourteen defects in territories,
rivals, the player's crew and the ship autopilot found by review.

### Transformations: Gear Fifth, the dragon-man, the Zoans
- **28 captains transform mid-fight** (`world/Forms`), 29 forms in all, when their health drops below a
threshold: another body, another size, more strength, and that form's own techniques. Luffy goes Gear
Fourth then Gear Fifth (white hair and clothes, the glowing cloud scarf, the Drums of Liberation,
Bajrang Gun); Kaido becomes the dragon-man; King, Queen, Jack, Ulti, Page One and Who's-Who take their
hybrid Zoan forms; Zoro unleashes Asura (three faces, six arms, nine swords); Chopper's Monster Point,
Robin's Demonio Fleur, Sanji's Ifrit Jambe; Sengoku the golden Great Buddha, Enel's Amaru, Magellan's
Venom Demon, Moria's Shadow's Asgard; the admirals', Smoker's and Crocodile's elemental bodies, Vergo's
full-body armament, and Hody Jones, Caesar Clown, Catarina Devon, Kid, Mr. 3, Smoothie.
- The transformation is staged like a technique: title card, aura, air converging, a quickening
heartbeat; then a flash hides the body swap, a pillar rises, a negative impact frame, nearby fighters
are blown back (no damage), and the new form grows before your eyes. He cannot be hurt meanwhile, and
goes back to his everyday form after forty seconds with no one to fight.
- 28 new form models built on the captains' own (`tools/captain_cast_forms.py`): same bones, same
  animations. 30 new technique names. Dev: `/rtl form <captain> [n]`, `python tools/captain_models.py
  --forms`, `python tools/render_models.py --forms`; a GameTest makes every captain take every form,
play its techniques and turn back. If his health drops below half in one blow, the transformation
plays first and the fury (with conqueror's haki) waits for it to end. See `docs/COMBAT_FX.md`.
- **A giant only grows into the room he has.** Under a low ceiling or against a wall he first steps aside
if that helps, then takes the largest size whose box touches no block (Chopper's Monster Point is four
blocks tall under a four-block ceiling instead of six). Before, his box went into the stone and he could
no longer take a step. A second GameTest covers it.
- The transformation flash no longer washes the screen white in daylight for big captains: paler sphere,
thinner pillar, and the old opaque white shockwave is not played there.
- CP9: a Geppo that jumps high (a target above him) now always ends with its landing shockwave; before,
the dive lost it when the jump outlasted the move.
- Technique damage measured on a survival player (table in `docs/COMBAT_FX.md`): 25 to 39 on Easy for the
great crews' techniques, 45 to 68 for those of a transformed form, about twice that on Normal.

### Techniques like the anime: blades, haki, impact frames
- **A combat effects engine** (`fx/`): real glowing geometry drawn by the client instead of particle
clouds. Sword arcs, flying crescents, branching haki lightning, flame auras that follow a body,
ground cracks that glow then cool, beams, spheres (Law's gridded Room, explosions), pillars,
dash trails, impact bursts, sparks, air rings. On screen: focus lines, letterbox bars, a negative
**impact frame**, speed lines, a slanted technique title card, and "ドン!!" for conqueror's haki.
- **A named technique for 81 captains** (`world/Techniques`, sixteen ways to strike), staged in three
beats: telegraph, strike, aftermath. Zoro's iai whose cut only bursts when the sword clicks back
in its sheath, his King of Hell triple blade, Mihawk's black blade splitting the ground, Shanks'
Kamusari, Kaido's Raimei Hakke and Boro Breath, Sanji's Ifrit Jambe, Enel's El Thor, Kuma's Ursus
Shock, Law's Room and Gamma Knife, Kuro's Shakushi, Robin's Demonio Fleur and more. The charge
always leaves time to step aside; nothing is broken or placed.
- **Haki you can see**: conqueror's haki (black and red flames, dark spheres, lightning to the sky,
rings in the clouds for an Emperor); armament haki blackens forearms, fists and blade; black and
red lightning rides the strikes of those who master it.
- Fifteen new shared captain animations (iai stance, raised blade, sweep, flurry, roar, aim, spinning
kick, stomp...). Ordinary hits draw a blade arc or an air ring in the captain's colours. Roger's
Kamusari (the boss and his sword) and CP9's Rokushiki use the same effects; the admirals' and
Blackbeard's big moves gain the title card, focus lines and impact frame.
- **Roger's sword in your hand**: while you hold the charge, haki crackles over you and along the
ground; a ring leaves your feet when it is ready. The haki dust now rises beside the blade, not in
front of your eyes, so you watch the crescent fly from your own view. The vanilla sweep sprites
along Roger's Kamusari and CP9's Rankyaku are gone: the glowing crescent is the blade.
- Dev: `/rtl fx show <effect>`, `/rtl technique <captain> [n]`; `-Prundir=run-fx` runs a second
dev server and client in their own folder; `tools/dev/fx.ps1` films an effect frame by frame
(burst captures) and `tools/dev/sheet.py` makes the contact sheet. A GameTest plays every technique
to the end and checks its name in both languages. `tools/dev/duel.ps1` films a real fight from the
side (a captain driven by the boss logic, Roger or a CP9 agent against an iron golem).
`tools/dev/gradle-fx.ps1` runs Gradle for that second server with its own run folder, build folder
and project cache, so two builds running at once no longer rewrite or delete each other's classes
(`-Pbuilddir` alone is not enough: with a shared project cache each build deletes the other folder's
  compiled classes). See `docs/COMBAT_FX.md`.

### A model for every captain, a real Sea King, a face for everyone
- **85 captain models instead of one.** Every `roadtolaughtale:captain` variant now has its own
geometry, texture and glow mask (`geo/captain/<id>.geo.json`), built to its own frame (eight
builds, from lanky to titan) with clothes and attributes in volume: Luffy's straw hat, Zoro's
three swords, Doflamingo's feather coat, the admirals' draped Justice coats, Akainu's glowing
magma fist, Kizaru's light sword, Kaido's horns and club, King's wings and flame, Big Mom with
Zeus and Prometheus, Enel's drums, tentacles, gas clouds. Elbows and knees bend; the eight shared
animations (idle, walk, attack, special, chained, charge, smash, death) are rewritten for the new
skeleton. Loki's hammer is hidden while he is chained.
- **Sea King**: no longer the vanilla Elder Guardian model. A fifteen-block GeckoLib sea serpent
with a hinged jaw and glowing red eyes; it undulates while swimming, bites, and sinks belly-up.
- **Faces**: every head is repainted at 64 px by one shared painter (eyes with iris and highlight,
brows, mouths, wrinkles, stubble, scars): the captains, Roger and his crew, Franky, the story
NPCs, CP9, and all 74 outfits of the 19 townsfolk models, each with its own expression.
- **Slaves of Mary Geoise** wear rags and a real iron collar (band, lock, hanging chain) that
disappears from the model when a player breaks it. Chess soldiers get a proper visor; ninjas
look out through the slit of their hood; feline Minks have slit pupils.
- Tools (Python, Pillow): `tools/captain_models.py` with its kit (`captain_kit`, `captain_parts`,
  `captain_gear`, `captain_cast_*`, `captain_animations`), `tools/sea_king_model.py`,
  `tools/validate_captains.py`; `tools/render_models.py` gains `--captains`, `--townsfolk` and
`--sea-king` (sheets in `docs/model-previews/`). `tools/ambient_models.py` is the source of
truth for townsfolk again (it now writes the `attack` clip the shipped files already had).
The old `gen_captains.js` and `gen_slave_skins.js` are kept in `tools/model_backup/`.
- Dev: `tools/dev/models.ps1` lines up captains or townsfolk and takes a capture;
`tools/dev/reload.sh` copies regenerated models to the running dev client and makes it reload
them (`reload` in `run/rtl_key.request`), no restart needed.
- Fixed: `tools/validate_models.py` crashed on the battleship (missing from its required list).

### Egghead as a living city; town repairs fixed
- **Worldgen lock 12** (new worlds): Egghead's core is a colourful city (`EggheadCity`): one
building per 26-block lot (towers, striped mushroom towers with a garden dome, stacked cubes,
rockets, greenhouses, beacons), avenues, ring boulevards, lawns with palms, a wider cloud sea.
- **It is inhabited**: the generator leaves the town and hamlet districts free, and the village
builder now accepts Egghead's pavement (version-11 worlds get their village too). New outfits for
scientists, assistants and tech merchants; a bigger town population; Marine flag.
- **Townsfolk go shopping** at the merchants' stalls (all towns); scientists also build and repair.
- **Town peace** (`TownPeace`): garrison soldiers never target or hurt the townsfolk of their own
town, their explosions no longer break blocks, and no vanilla monsters spawn in Egghead city.
- **Repairs**: base-mod explosions that destroyed nothing were recorded as damage, flooding the
town ledger with phantom entries. Only blocks that really disappeared are recorded now, and
phantom entries are dropped when a builder meets them.

### Real crew flags, grand Totto Land, futuristic Egghead, voice fixes
- **Crew flags**: a new flag block (`CrewFlagBlock`) on a nine-block mast replaces the generic
banners, with sixteen hand-drawn Jolly Rogers (`tools/gen_flags.py`). Old banners are converted
  when a player walks by.
- **Worldgen lock 11** (new worlds): Whole Cake is now 1,400 blocks wide (a 600-block cake and
sixteen islands in two rings); Egghead's core becomes a laboratory city (`EggheadTheme`).
- **Voices**: a new line no longer cuts the one playing (it queues); during a cinematic, positional
voices are played non-positionally so the flying camera no longer fades or mutes them.
- Road-clue messages name the island; a few French wordings fixed; 40 GameTests.

### Emperor crews, territories, Den Den Mushi, growing rivals, Totto Land
- **43 legends** with their own body, real bounty, real devil fruit and real haki (`world/Legends`):
the ten Straw Hats, the Red Hair Pirates, Blackbeard's ten captains, Big Mom and her children,
the Beasts Pirates, Mihawk, Law, Kid. Ten fighting styles and a named signature move each.
Straw Hats and Red Hair Pirates are peaceful unless hit. Rewards stay a tenth of the bounty.
- **Territories and flags** (`world/Territories`): every island has a master and a banner in town.
Emperors are warned when you land and may send their crew. Right-click a flag twice to claim an
island; an absent master comes back with captain, officers, soldiers and a ship. 40,000 berries
  a day per island held.
- **Diplomacy**: standing per crew, tribute, alliance at 30, reinforcements, betrayal.
- **Rivals** (`news/Rivals`): eleven captains grow with world events (bounty, level, a devil fruit
found at sea, haki, a fleet, islands taken). World-pulse articles now name them.
- **Den Den Mushi** (`news/DenDen`): the Baby Den Den Mushi opens a phone (crew orders, Emperors,
HQ mission); the new **Visual Den Den Mushi** block is the world's TV (wanted list, territories,
news). The newspaper gains "highest bounties" and "crew of the day" pages.
- **Crew orders**: follow, guard, forage (back in three minutes with loot), and sail the captain's
ship to coordinates (autopilot that avoids land and furls on arrival).
- **Worldgen lock 10** (new worlds): Whole Cake becomes the Totto Land archipelago (the cake plus
six sweet islands, one of Big Mom's children on each); six more islands in the North, West and
  South Blue (50 in all).
- **Road clues** (`data/RoadClues`, gamerule `rtlRoadClues`): the Eternal Pose only points to a
Road Poneglyph once the captain holding its trail is beaten.
- Fixed: an expedition tag collided with the town-raid tag, so raiders were swept away on arrival.
- Dev: simulated clicks and scroll for screen captures (`click:x,y`, `scroll:n`); 39 GameTests.

### Captain animations and effects for every captain; verification fixes
- **Animations**: idle, walk, attack, special and death rewritten for all 51 captains (breathing,
body roll, wound-up strikes, a real fall).
- **Effects for every captain** (`BossMoves.entrance/cast/beam/fall`): ground rings and debris on
arrival, a light ring and sparks on each power, a thicker long-range ray with an impact burst,
a golden wave and a rising column of sparks on defeat.
- **Crew fixes**: recruits now actually fight (they used the Mob target instead of the townsfolk
threat), board the captain's ship (ships refused them, and the range was 24 blocks; now 64),
and drop the request marker they had for the player.
- **Newspaper**: pirate and Marine players are readers too; French world-pulse articles reworded.
- **Franky's shipyard**: the ten-ship list now fits the frame; stats wrap on two lines.
- Dev: a `ui_` capture keeps the open screen (the shipyard, the newspaper) and only closes the
pause menu. The crew GameTest also checks boarding (35 tests).

### A living world: Marine missions, no pirates in the Holy Land, pirate crews
- **World pulse**: every two minutes while someone is online, something happens on a map island
(Marine patrol, pirate hunt, convoy escort, pirate raid, Impel Down breakout, bounty rise) and is
printed in the News Coo paper. Near a player, the matching Marine or pirate ship actually arrives.
- **Marine missions**: a Marine player nearby gets an HQ order to arrest a pirate captain spawned
close by; 60,000 berries and a line in the paper on success.
- **No pirates in Mary Geoise**: base-mod pirates and bandits, addon pirates and island raids no
longer appear on the Holy Land plateau.
- **Crews**: a pirate player can recruit townsfolk (sneak + right-click twice, empty hand). Recruits
leave their town, follow, fight for their captain and board his ship. Eight at most.
- Dev commands `/rtl deed pirate|marine|recruit|pulse`; one more GameTest (35 in all).

### Giant props in signature moves, Blackbeard and his island
- Signature moves now spawn **real giant objects** (display entities, no collision, no griefing): Garp
leaps and a six-block haki fist falls from the sky; Akainu throws a five-block magma fist, lava
spreads on the ground and magma columns erupt (Ryusei Kazan when enraged); Fujitora's meteorite is
a real ten-block molten rock crossing the sky, with flying debris and a burning pool.
- New captain **Blackbeard** (1100 health) at Hachinosu: Kurouzu pulls players into a growing sphere
of darkness, then Kaishin cracks the air and shakes the ground for three seconds.
- New worlds (worldgen lock **version 9**): Hachinosu grows to a 360-block radius under a giant
  hundred-block skull.

### Detailed islands, towns that grow by themselves
- New worlds (version 9): every map island gets a wooden pier with lanterns, beach palms and mossy
  boulders.
- Towns now have **prosperity**: a day spent with a player on the island, a purchase, a favour done
all raise it. Each rank (every 12 points, up to 6) opens two more building sites; from rank 3 the
town no longer waits between sites; and when you come back after two days or more, the townsfolk
have carried on with the site in progress.

### Signature moves, haki and combat effects
- Top captains now have a **staged signature move** (`world/BossMoves`): the move's name appears on a
card, the captain winds up (new `charge` animation) while black and red haki lightning converges on
the fist for one to two seconds, then strikes (new `smash` animation) with a full-screen flash, zoom,
shake, shockwaves, debris rings racing along the ground and bolts rising to the sky. Damage falls
off with distance; nothing breaks blocks. Garp: **Galaxy Impact**; Akainu: Dai Funka; Kizaru:
Yasakani no Magatama; Aokiji: Ice Age; Fujitora: the meteorite; Sengoku: Buddha's wave.
- **Conqueror's haki**: a captain with 500+ health entering rage crackles with black lightning for
three seconds and slows nearby players.
- **Hits you can see**: sparks and screen shake on every captain hit; hitting a top captain rings
like steel with a black flash (armament haki).

### Sharper captains
- Captain textures go from 128 to **512 px** (generated at the time by `tools/gen_captains.js`): eyebrows,
eyes with iris and pupil, nose, mouth, shading, collars, folds for all fifty.
- The six admirals are redrawn after the anime (suits, ties, Akainu's rose and MARINE cap, Kizaru's
pinstripes and aviators, Aokiji's curls and sleep mask, Fujitora's crossed scar, Garp's scar and
grin, Sengoku's afro, braided beard and seagull) and wear the Marine coat with the Justice kanji.

### Slaves rebuild Mary Geoise
- Broken blocks anywhere in the great Mary Geoise (a hole in a plaza, a blown castle wall) are now
restored by the slaves instead of the palace servants: they drop their capstan at once, rush to
the block, put it back, move on to the next, then go back down to the gallery. Mary Geoise
remembers four times more broken blocks than a town (2048) and its building work runs faster.
- Four new GameTests (34 in all): guards attack whoever frees a slave in front of them, haki knocks
out the weak and spares the strong, townsfolk recognise base-mod animals, trainers, Marines and
pirates, and the battleship is buildable.

### Haki knocks out the weak
- Every haki wave (a signature move starting, a rage) makes everyone nearby with 60 max health or less
(Marine and pirate grunts, townsfolk, animals) collapse unconscious for about ten seconds. Players,
captains and the strong stay up.

### Blocks on deck
- A grid of slots now covers the whole deck: sneak + right-click places the block where you aim
(136 slots on the battleship). Almost any block can be placed, not just the old short list.

### Mary Geoise travelator
- New block **Travelator** (animated texture): carries whatever stands on it; sneak to stay put. The
avenue of the great Mary Geoise gets two lanes of it.
- The slaves are **under** the travelator: a gallery beneath the avenue, seen through a glass strip,
where they walk in circles pushing four capstans all day. A staircase leads down to it.

### Five more islands
- New worlds only (worldgen lock **version 8**): Shimotsuki Village, Tequila Wolf, Kamabakka Kingdom,
Sphinx and God Valley, each with a town and a tale. 44 islands in all.

### Real voices
- The 142 voiced lines are no longer read by the Windows speech synthesizer but by local **neural
voices** (Piper), one per character and language, loudness-normalized. They are not the anime's
actors. `--engine sapi` brings the old synthesis back.

### Marine battleship: its own model
- The battleship no longer borrows the warship's model: 697 boxes, six cannons a side.

### The great Reverse Mountain, the great Mary Geoise and the admirals
New worlds only (worldgen lock **version 7**); older worlds keep their map.
- **Reverse Mountain is now a piece of the Red Line**: the island grows to a 460-block radius and its
landmark becomes a 180-block massif of striped red rock (it pierces the clouds) flanked by two
110-block-high stretches of wall. The sea enters through a great stone gate with a golden keystone,
climbs a canal cut through the cliff between stone gates, reaches the summit basin and runs down
the other side to Twin Cape: Laboon, twice as large, in her lagoon, and the keeper's lighthouse.
The safe passage through the inner Calm Belt widens to 780 blocks.
- **Mary Geoise doubles in size** (radius 116 instead of 62): a second rampart with two gates, the
Marine fortress, the slave quarter (iron cages, auction stage, quarry), six more Celestial Dragon
estates in their gardens, tree-lined esplanades. Twice the population.
- **Slaves** (new townsfolk kind, own skins and lines): sneak + right-click breaks the collar. The
slave thanks you, hands over 15,000 berries and leaves; Holy Land guards who saw it attack.
Five collars: advancement "Heir of Fisher Tiger".
- **Six Marine bosses guard the city**: Akainu (Magu Magu), Kizaru (Pika Pika), Aokiji (Hie Hie),
Fujitora (Zushi Zushi), Sengoku (Hito Hito, Daibutsu) and Garp, each with a body, powers and,
where the base mod has it, their devil fruit. All six: advancement "Justice on Its Knees".

### Marine battleship
- New ship: the **battleship** (32 x 10 blocks, 14 seats, 1400 hull). Walkable deck like every addon
  ship. Built by Franky too.
- Marine fleets at sea now sail a battleship one time in three, otherwise a warship (no more brigs).
- `ShipType` gains a `model` and a `scale`: a ship can reuse another ship's model, drawn larger.

### Less chat noise
- A bounty captain's arrival is announced in chat once per captain per quarter of an hour instead
of every time you walk past; the on-screen card already shows name, bounty and fruit.

### Languages and voices
- **French follows the game language automatically**: text *and* voices switch to French
when Minecraft is set to French (fr_fr, fr_ca...). The server tells each client which line
to play and the client picks `voice_fr.<id>` or `voice.<id>` itself, so every player on a
  server hears their own language.
- The optional "Red Poneglyph - Francais" resource pack is gone: `fr_fr.json` and the French
voices (`sounds/voice_fr/`) now live in the mod's main assets. If you had the pack enabled,
it simply disappears from the list.

### On-screen text
- Voiced-line subtitles no longer run off the screen: they are drawn by the mod at normal GUI
size, wrapped to 60% of the screen width (3 lines max, shrinking if needed), speaker name
on its own line, semi-transparent background, fade in/out, above the hotbar and chat.
- Island arrival titles are smaller (our own overlay instead of the giant vanilla title).
- Ship HUD panel widens for long ship names and translations.
- New client config `roadtolaughtale-client.toml`: subtitle on/off, size and width, arrival
  titles on/off and size.

### Gamerules
- About thirty `rtl...` gamerules to tweak the addon per world, live: campaign, quest
multipliers, World Government, bounties, Roger's damage cap and crew, townsfolk, News Coo,
ships (damage, block-breaking cannonballs, free ships in creative), voices and chat lines.
Config files stay as defaults. Full list in the README.

### World Government
- Patrol and Buster Call soldiers no longer pile up. They are recalled when their target logs
out, changes dimension, dies or gets more than 128 blocks away, and after 5 minutes without
fighting. Leftover soldiers loaded from disk after a restart are removed.
- The hunt timer is saved with the player: logging in no longer triggers a patrol ten seconds
later, and every login or respawn gets a 2-minute grace period.
- Patrols only hunt living players in survival/adventure, in the Overworld — no more squads
in the Nether, the End, or around a dead player.
- A Buster Call earned somewhere it cannot land (Laugh Tale, creative) now waits for your
  return instead of being lost.
- **The Buster Call now looks like one**: a bombardment offshore — lightning, explosions,
smoke columns. Purely visual: no block or entity is touched.

### Poneglyph Guardian
- Remembers its shrine across chunk reloads and restarts, walks back when dragged away, and is
brought home if pulled more than 48 blocks.
- New **awaken** animation with rising blue glow and orbiting glyphs; stone debris and a dust
shockwave on every hit; a **death** animation where it crumbles to rubble.

### Worldgen
- Road Poneglyph islands and Ohara now really generate **in open ocean**: the seabed is probed
from the generator's noise (deterministic), so no more islands on hills or mountains.
- Islands are filled down to the actual seabed (no water pocket underneath), cleared higher
above (no floating terrain slabs), and keep the sea around their beach (no dry moat).
- Ohara's vault is complete (its west wall and last column were missing), and Ohara is not
  generated when ompworld is installed.
- Laugh Tale: no more phantom vanilla structures (`/locate` and Eyes of Ender pointed at
temples that were never built); the tomb terrace, plaza and treasure rooms no longer float
above hollow ground; the pier no longer cuts a hole in the sea.

### ompworld
- Thread-safe island lookup; transient failures are retried instead of being cached forever.
- Shrines are only built once every chunk around them is loaded, move to a nearby dry spot if
the island center is underwater, and are given up (with a log line) after 3 failed tries.

### Commands
- `/rtl hunt` reports what really happened (sent, disabled, player not huntable, no stones
read, no room to spawn). `/rtl travel` and `/rtl home` refuse when the player is already
  there.

### Relics, Dials and Ancient Weapons
- New items are now obtainable in survival: recipes for the Vivre Card, Impact Dial, Breath
Dial, Kairoseki Cannonball, Pluton Blueprint, Poseidon's Horn and Uranus Core; Dials and
Sea King Scales in the Laugh Tale treasure, Vivre Cards and Kairoseki Cannonballs in shrine
  chests.
- Ancient Weapons no longer hit crewmates, townsfolk, story NPCs or animals. They hurt
monsters, bosses and whatever is attacking you; other players only when PvP is on and they
are not in your crew. Pluton spares your crew's ships.
- Uranus lightning is visual only: it no longer sets islands on fire.
- Fixed Pluton and Uranus aiming at the wrong block at negative coordinates.
- Vivre Card: the bearing was reversed (north shown as south, east as west), the distance
showed as "120.0", and the direction was always in French. All fixed.
- The Pirate King announcement is now translated instead of hard-coded French.
- Pirate King's Coat: regeneration only kicks in below half health.

### Sea Kings
- Sea Kings now spawn naturally, rarely, in deep oceans (gamerule `rtlSeaKings`). They drop
Sea King Scales, fish and sometimes a Heart of the Sea. Summoned ones drop nothing.

### Ships
- Coup de Burst fuel and Kairoseki plating are now item tags (`roadtolaughtale:burst_fuel`,
`roadtolaughtale:kairoseki_plating`) instead of matching any item whose name contains
  "cola" or "kairoseki".

### Cinematics
- The five placeholder cinematics are now real scenes with triggers: Aqua Laguna (night at
Galley-La), CP9 reveal, the rain over Alabasta (end of Act II), the coating at Sabaody and
the arrival under the Fish-Man Island dome.

### Advancements
- 13 new advancements: one per campaign act, first ship, CP9 unmasked, the burned flag,
Sea King slain, first Ancient Weapon and all three.

### Fish-Man Island
- The glass dome, shaft and tunnel are now a real **bubble** (`bubble_membrane`): translucent, players and
their ships pass through it, water stays out, creatures cannot cross. Bubbles drift off the wet side.
  Only newly generated islands change.

### Cinematics on their islands
- Island scenes now play on their island: a player far away is taken there (invisible) for the scene and
returned exactly where they were, back aboard their ship if they were sailing. The campaign is paused
for that player meanwhile, so it never counts as a visit.
- The Ohara memory now plays in front of the Tree of Knowledge wherever the script was learned.
- 13 GameTests (`gradlew runGameTestServer`).

### Pirates and Marines at sea
- NPC ships now sail on their own: pirate caravels and brigs, Marine brigs and warships, crewed by Mine Mine no Mi
pirates and marines standing on deck. They cruise, steer around land, turn broadside and fire.
- Pirates attack every player; the Marines attack players with a bounty of 1,000,000 or more. Pirates and
  Marines fight each other.
- Kill the crew and take the helm: the ship is yours. Sink it and its hold floats up.
- Gamerule `rtlNpcShips`; `/rtlship spawn pirate|marine` to place one by hand.

### Diving to Fish-Man Island
- With a coated ship, drop anchor just outside the island's bubble: the ship really sinks, with everyone
aboard, and settles at the foot of the bubble. Walk through the membrane to enter. Weigh anchor to surface.
- The ship's bubble lets everyone near it breathe. New cinematic for the dive.

### Sky Island (inosky)
- New cinematics when a Knock-Up Stream throws you into Skypiea, and when you fall back to the blue sea.

### A livelier Fish-Man Island
- Default population raised from 14 to 26 (config `[population] fishman_island`; an existing config keeps its value).
- New residents: Ryugu Palace guards posted along the avenue, café mermaids running stalls, fish-men strolling the
coral town, pearl divers in the Sea Forest.
- New good, pearls, and more on the merchants' stalls: Sea King scales, Vivre Cards, sponges, a trident.
- Under the bubble, bubbles and motes of light drift around you, with the murmur of water against the membrane.

### New quests on Fish-Man Island
- Two main quests before *The New World*: **A Ship in a Bubble** (dive with your coated ship) and **Shadows of the
Deep** (a Sea King comes for you in the trench; defeat it). Saves in progress are migrated: the current quest
stays the same, a finished campaign stays finished.
- Four side quests from Neptune and Jinbe: pearls for the princess, Sea King scales for the armory, supplies for
the Mermaid Café, patching the bubble.
- Sea Kings now deal 12 damage per second to hulls instead of 25.

### The Calm Belt
- A windless ring of sea now lies just before the Road Poneglyph islands (450 to 150 blocks short of
`islands.min_distance`). Inside it ships crawl at a third of their speed and Sea Kings come for anyone sailing
or swimming there. A keel plated with sea-prism stone leaves them indifferent. Gamerule `rtlCalmBelt`.

### Storms at sea
- In a thunderstorm, seas break over the hull, lightning falls around the ship (visual only), and a ship under
way with more than one reef of sail takes hull damage until she shortens sail. Gamerule `rtlSeaStorms`.

### Baby Den Den Mushi
- New item (recipe: nautilus shell, redstone, two slime balls, a bell): right-click to call your crew. Each
crewmate online learns the other's distance and bearing.

### The Red Line
- New worlds now raise the **Red Line**: a wall of red rock circling the world just past the Calm Belt and just
before the Road Poneglyph islands (radius `islands.min_distance - 120`, 40 blocks thick, from the seabed to more
than a hundred blocks above the waves). There is no way around it.
- Four passages at the cardinal points: an underwater tunnel under the wall, marked by an arch with a golden
keystone. With a coated ship, drop anchor in front of it: the ship dives, skims the seabed under sail and comes
out on the other side. New cinematic, new advancement *The New World*.
- A diving ship now follows the seabed two blocks above it and can sail slowly underwater.
- Config `worldgen.red_line` (new worlds only, locked per world). Not generated with ompworld.

### Mary Geoise
- **Mary Geoise** now stands on top of the Red Line, above the east gate, 118 blocks over the sea: a round plateau
overhanging the wall on both sides, with its white rampart, the gold-lined avenue, a fountain, six domed villas,
gardens, and **Pangaea Castle** (four corner towers, the keep and its spire, and the Empty Throne room).
- You climb to it on foot: on each face of the wall, 24 blocks south of the arch, a corridor at water level leads to
a ladder shaft up to the plateau. It is also the other way across the Red Line.
- Arrival title and advancement *The Holy Land*. `/roadtolaughtale tp mary_geoise`.
- With **ompworld**, the same city is built at the centre of its `mariejois` island when the first player gets
there (ompworld generates the plateau, nothing on it).

### Every island is inhabited, and each has its tales
- Townsfolk now also live in **Mary Geoise** (Celestial Dragons, Holy Land guards, servants, a court purveyor),
**Enies Lobby** (the garrison) and **Ohara** (a few villagers back under the Tree).
- With **ompworld**, **all of its islands** get people (168 in its catalogue: Dressrosa, Shells Town, Marineford,
Thriller Bark, Amazon Lily, the kingdoms of the four Blues...). Each island is split into 128-block districts:
a town where ompworld placed buildings and at the island centre, a hamlet in one district out of four elsewhere.
  Laugh Tale stays empty.
- Five new peoples built from the existing models: Blue-sea villages, kingdoms, Marine bases, pirate havens and
Mary Geoise, each with ten lines, goods, special trades, requests and a house style. 20 new townsfolk kinds.
- **Island tales**: every island tells up to three stories in three chapters, its own first when it has one (29
islands), then two from its people's repertoire, picked from its name. An inhabitant tells the next chapter each
time you complete one of their requests. 61 tales, in English and French. Advancements *A Good Story* and
*Chronicler of the Seas*. `/roadtolaughtale tale [player]`.
- ompworld integration is no longer untested: played on a real ompworld world in dev (`-PwithOmpWorld`).

### Marines versus pirates, island raids
- **Marines and pirates now fight whenever they meet** (gamerule `rtlFactionWar`): Mine Mine no Mi's Marines and the
addon's armed townsfolk on one side, its pirates and bandits and the haven brawlers on the other. Guards, patrol
Marines, samurai and palace soldiers can finally fight: they charge and strike, and hit back at anything that is
not a player. Civilians are never killed in these battles: they flee.
- **Island raids** (gamerule `rtlRaids`, config `raids.*`): now and then a pirate crew lands on an inhabited island
and marches on the market square. Guards hold the line, and where the Marines protect the town a squad lands as
reinforcement. In a pirate haven it is the other way round. Players who cut down attackers are paid in berries
and coins; advancement *Defender of the Island*. `/roadtolaughtale raid [player]`.

### Real villages on ompworld's bare islands
- On ompworld islands that have no buildings (130 of 168), the addon now **builds the village** where it settles
townsfolk: a paved square with a well, market stalls, lamp posts, five houses in the people's style (eight for
the island's main town), two ripe fields, paths, and a landmark with a wool flag: the white-and-blue Marine
  tower, a kingdom's keep, a pirate haven's mast with the black flag, a Blue-sea village's windmill.
- Built lot by lot as the terrain loads, only on natural, dry, fairly flat ground, away from ompworld's own
structures. Mountain islands get a partial village.

### ompworld: fixes
- Joining an ompworld world no longer freezes the server for ten seconds: the addon was still searching where to
put its own Ohara and Road Poneglyph islands, which are never generated there. ompworld's Ohara is now *the*
Ohara for the arrival message, voices and advancement.
- Mary Geoise and the villages are written straight into loaded chunks instead of going through
`Level.setBlock`, which ompworld instruments on every call.

### Wide seas: bigger islands, and real sailing between them
- In worlds created from this version on (worldgen lock, version 6) the **world is one and a half times wider**
(Red Line, Calm Belts and Road Poneglyph islands move out accordingly), the map's islands are **one and a half
times bigger**, Zou and Whole Cake twice, Elbaph two and a half times, Wano five times.
- **You can no longer see one island from the next**: at least 900 blocks of open water between any two islands.
- **Players start on the starter island** (Dawn Island), placed at the heart of East Blue: the world spawn is set in
its village when the world is created.
- Story islands (Water 7, Alabasta, Sabaody, Enies Lobby...) keep their size. Older worlds keep their map.

### Fixes
- **Repair quest could be farmed**: breaking a town block yourself and putting it back paid every time. Blocks a
player broke no longer pay, paid repairs are capped at 24 per town per game day, and payouts are lower (120
berries per repair, 60 per material given to a building site).
- **Building-site gifts could leave holes**: steps in unloaded chunks were skipped and the work declared finished.
Giving now stops at the first unloaded step, and only the materials actually used are taken.
- **Loki vanished in Peaceful difficulty** (chained or freed): he now stays.
- A merchant no longer walks away mid-trade to react to a passer-by.
- **Captains' heads spun in every direction** when several captains were on screen (Kaido, King and Queen in the
same hall): the head bone is shared by all entities using a model and their look angles added up.

### The vast Wano: the regions of Wano, and Onigashima offshore
- In worlds created from this version on (worldgen lock, version 5), Wano is **five times wider** than an ordinary
island and sits further out so it never touches the Red Line. **Onigashima is now a real island offshore**, about
a hundred blocks from the coast, facing the river mouth; Kaido, King and Queen are still inside the skull.
- The country has its regions: the **Flower Capital** with the **Shogun's castle** (a four-storey keep you can
climb), **Mount Fuji**, **Kuri** with the ruins of Oden's castle and his grave, snowy **Ringo** with the Northern
Cemetery, the **Udon** prisoners' quarry, and the wheat fields of **Kibi**.
- Worlds created with the previous version keep their three-times Wano with Onigashima in its bay.
- Laboon's spout is now visible from afar (particles were only sent within 32 blocks).
- Repair quest: dirt now counts as a repair where grass or a path was broken.
- Dev: `/roadtolaughtale deed well|tower` builds a public work at your feet through the builders' code path.

### Townsfolk and Mine Mine no Mi characters answer each other
- Every inhabitant now reacts to a base-mod character passing by, and the other turns to face them: Marines are
greeted (or jeered in a pirate haven), civilians flee from pirates while guards challenge them, merchants grumble
at travelling traders, people ask trainers for a lesson and coo over the base mod's animals. Thirty lines.

### Town works: repair, build, and take part
- One building site in three is now a public work: a **well**, then a **watchtower**.
- **Repair quest**: put a broken block back yourself for 300 berries; ten in a town make you a builder of the island.
- **Building-site quest**: `/works help` (or `/chantier aider`) gives up to sixteen planks, logs or stone to the
builders, who place as many blocks at once; sixteen make you a patron of the island.
- `/works` (or `/chantier`) shows the broken blocks and the current site; towns with work to do say so on arrival.

### Wano at its real size, Onigashima and Kaido
- In worlds created from this version on (worldgen lock, version 4), **Wano is three times wider**: a whole country
behind its cliffs, a large town along the river, and a wide bay holding **Onigashima**, a horned skull of rock
with a great hall and a throne inside.
- **Kaido** holds court there with **King** and **Queen**: three wanted captains (43 in all) with their own bodies
and powers. Older worlds keep their Wano, with Queen alone.

### A side story for nineteen islands
- Besides the notebook, nineteen islands now have their **own three-step story** (the Baratie, Cocoyasi, Loguetown,
Reverse Mountain, Whisky Peak, Little Garden, Drum, Jaya, Thriller Bark, Alabasta, Skypiea, Fish-Man Island, Punk
Hazard, Dressrosa, Egghead...). It opens when you reach the town, advances with what you do (see the landmark,
beat enemies, fish, help, buy, hear the island's tale, defeat its captain) and ends with berries, a title card
and the "Logbook" advancement. `/island` shows the current step.
- **Laboon is alive**: near Reverse Mountain she sings and spouts every ten seconds.
- **Loki is voiced**: nine lines in French and English.

### Elbaph: bigger, the realm of the dead, and Loki in chains
- In worlds created from this version on, **Elbaph is much bigger** than the other Road Poneglyph islands (radius
× 1.6): the Adam Tree rises up to 170 blocks, its forest tier is almost 190 blocks wide, and the island carries
  nine longhouses.
- **The realm of the dead** opens under the tree: a huge cold cavern among the roots, lit by blue fires, with
skull-topped graves, bones, hanging roots, a frozen lake and a giant's skull. Enter through the door at the foot
of the trunk and the stair winding around the main root.
- **Loki** is no longer a wanted captain (41 remain): he is **chained** on a dais between four lodestone locks.
Break the four locks to free him (title card, lightning, advancement). **Once free he is a friendly character**:
he wanders his cavern, gives 5,000,000 berries the first time you talk to him, then tells his story.
- Island captains now stand on the ground of their island, not on another mod's sky islet floating above it.

### The four Blues and Reverse Mountain
- In worlds created from this version on, the centre of the map is split into four quarters around the start: East
Blue to the east, South Blue, West Blue and North Blue. Seven new islands live in the other three Blues (Lvneel,
Spider Miles, Kano Country, Toroa, Baterilla, Karate Island, Torino Kingdom) and **Reverse Mountain** guards the
entrance to the Grand Line: 39 islands in all. Older worlds keep their map (worldgen lock, version 3).

- A **second Calm Belt** rings the four Blues and separates them from the Grand Line, with a safe passage around
Reverse Mountain. The Grand Line starts right after it.
- **Reverse Mountain** has its own landmark: a red rock peak the sea climbs through four canals, the old keeper's
striped lighthouse, and **Laboon** standing in her lagoon with her scars and the straw-hat mark.
- Title cards (a captain's entrance, the banquet, friend of the island, an island's name) now play one after the
other instead of overwriting each other.
- Dev: `/roadtolaughtale deed help|trade` advances the island notebook with the nearest inhabitant; screenshots
named `ui_...` keep the interface; `tools/dev/bosstest.ps1` checks every captain's power.

- **No more "Flying is not enabled" kick in a boss fight**: captains' techniques can hold a player in the air for
seconds, and a dedicated server with `allow-flight=false` kicked them (seen against Mr. 5). While a captain or a
CP9 agent is within forty blocks, the player's floating counter is reset every second.

### The island notebook: side quests
- Every inhabited island now has three small missions besides the main quest: see its landmark up close, help two
inhabitants, buy something from a merchant. Do all three to become a **friend of the island** (berries, a title
card, an advancement). `/island` (or `/ile`) shows your progress.

### Captains' techniques no longer wreck the scenery
- The base mod's real techniques blow up terrain: Enel dug a twenty-block crater in thirty seconds. Explosions cast
by the addon's captains and CP9 agents now keep their damage but destroy no block and start no fire.
- Elbaph: more light along the ramp, under the forest tier and inside the hall; branch foliage no longer pokes
  into the hall.

### Devil Fruits for the captains
- Captains who ate a Devil Fruit in the story now really have it: Mine Mine no Mi treats them as fruit users, and
they cast the **real techniques** of their fruit through the base mod's own AI goals (El Thor, White Snake, Hydra,
Desert Spada, Pad Ho...), on top of their addon powers. Sixteen fruits for the wanted captains, four for CP9.
Mato Mato, Bisu Bisu and Gabu Gabu do not exist in the base mod: the name is shown, the power stays the addon's.
- A title card shows the captain's name, bounty and fruit when he appears; `/wanted` lists the fruit next to the name.
- **Sir Crocodile** joins the wanted captains (42) at Alubarna, on Alabasta, with his own body and a sandstorm power.
- Dev: `/roadtolaughtale boss <id>` teleports to a captain's spot.

### Islands rebuilt from the anime
- **Skypiea**: a crescent of jungle land (Upper Yard) now wraps around Angel Island's bay in the sky dimension, with
beaches, hills, giant trees, four brown rock mountains, broken pillars, parrots, and the ruins (a stepped pyramid)
inside a giant cloud. Milky Roads cross it like rivers.
- **Elbaph**: the Adam Tree is far bigger (trunk almost twenty blocks wide, over a hundred tall, flat crown) and
carries a whole forest tier halfway up, with the warriors' hall, a spiral ramp around the trunk and six waterfalls.
- **Egghead**: a puffy round cloud with a blue light ring, a white-and-pink egg with a zigzag broken shell, a ring
of machines around its top and a palm garden inside.
- **Fish-Man Island**: a second bubble sits on top of the great one with Ryugu's high gardens; a bubble lift behind
the palace takes you up (crouch on the golden pad).
- These shapes apply to terrain not generated yet.

### Towns welcome travellers
- Entering a town, in every dimension: the bell rings, inhabitants turn to the player and jump for joy, one greets
him aloud, and petals fall (bubbles under the sea, cloud flakes in the sky, snow on cold islands).

### Every captain has his own body
- The 41 wanted captains are no longer reskinned base-mod captains: each is a `roadtolaughtale:captain` with his own
model, texture, size and animations (idle, walk, strike, a two-arms-up gesture for his power, fall). Enel carries
his drums and golden staff, Morgan his axe hand and steel jaw, Kuro his claws, Don Krieg his golden armour, Smoker
his cigar and jitte, Hyouzou and Ikaros Much walk on tentacles, Jack has tusks and horns, Loki towers at almost
three times a man's height, S-Bear wears the bear-eared cap and the target on his chest.
- One model with thirty optional parts at the time (`tools/gen_captains.js`); each captain has had his own model
since (see the top of this file).
- **Powers for everyone**: S-Bear and Queen fire a laser, Smoker blinds with smoke, Kuro vanishes and strikes from
behind, Mr. 3 and Foxy slow you to a crawl, Mr. 5, Satori and Don Krieg throw bombs (Krieg's turn to poison gas in
rage), Wapol bites and heals, Bellamy and Gedatsu leap on you, Shura and Vasco Shot set you on fire, the swordsmen
cut from a distance, Vander Decken never misses, Loki calls lightning, the colossi shake the ground.
- The captain's crew (base-mod soldiers) fights on his side: he is enlisted in their faction.

### The island quest: tale, crew, captain, banquet
- The quest now has three steps: hear the island's tale, beat **six of the captain's crew** (three of them surround
him at all times), then defeat the captain. `/roadtolaughtale quest heard <place>` marks a tale as heard (dev).
- The island is then **freed**: a reward from the inhabitants, an advancement, and a star in `/wanted`.
- A freed island throws a **banquet**, like the end of every arc: a title card, twenty-four seconds of fireworks,
inhabitants jumping for joy, and meat for the hero.

### Bigger towns
- A town now has **sixteen houses** (a third ring of eight, added to towns already built) and half again as many
inhabitants. Cloud towns have twelve houses and twelve Skypieans.

### Skypiea floats: a country in the sky, the sea far below
- The Skypiea dimension is now a **cloud continent 340 blocks in radius floating in the air**, with the blue sea at the
bottom. Walk off the edge (or fall under the clouds) and you are back in the base world, on the Knock Up Stream
  islet next to it.
- **Five cloud towns** around the central island (Lovely Street, Angel Beach, the Dial Market, the Pumpkin Fields,
Cloud Harbor): a plaza, a light fountain, four market stalls, twelve domed houses each, linked to the island by
Milky Roads. Twelve Skypieans live in each, eight Shandia in their village, thirty on the central island.
- **Enel has powers**: lightning strikes his target every six seconds (real bolts, screen flash), sparks surround
him, and in rage he casts **El Thor** (five bolts at once). Hody Jones throws water bursts; other captains slam the
  ground when you crowd them.

### Fish-Man Island: bigger bubbles, a living town in each
- The two satellite bubbles grew (56 and 52 blocks in radius) and each is now inhabited: Mermaid Cove (eight shell
houses around the lagoon) and the Fish-Man District (twelve ruined houses around the arena, a lawless haven with
its own pirates and a garrison of real base-mod pirates). Twice as many light bubbles float over the city.

### Egghead: a people from the future
- Egghead (and Karakuri) get their own culture: scientists, lab assistants and technology merchants who **hover
above the ground** on anti-gravity soles, laboratory guards, and a garrison of Pacifistas. Futuristic houses in new
worlds; merchants sell redstone machinery, clocks, rockets and elytra; ten lines and two tales of their own.

### Fixes
- A player arriving in mid-air after a world change could be kicked by the server ("flying is not enabled") while the
client loaded: arrivals now land on solid ground.
- A captain no longer risks being duplicated when its area is reloaded.

### Fish-Man Island: bigger, several bubbles, a trading city, mini-bosses
- The main bubble grew from 104 to **176 blocks in radius**. Ryugu Palace now sits in **its own bubble** on the mound,
light bubbles float over the city, and two **satellite bubbles** are linked by walkable bubble tunnels: the dark,
ruined **Fish-Man District** near Noah and **Mermaid Cove** with its lagoon.
- An outer ring of streets and houses with four new districts: Waterwheel Town, the Marine Shopping Mall (glass
dome, eight counters), Gyoverly Hills and the Candy Factory. Over a hundred buildings.
- **A trading island**: market stalls line the four avenues, half of the extra inhabitants are merchants, and they
sell far more goods. About sixty inhabitants.
- **A way out**: the bubble station near the east gate. Sneak on it and a bubble carries you up to Sabaody's dock.
- **Mini-bosses**: Hody Jones and his six officers hold the arena of the Fish-Man District.
- If you visited the dimension with the previous build, delete `dimensions/roadtolaughtale/fishman_island` in the
save so the larger city generates without seams.

### Skypiea: the White Sea, in its own dimension
- In worlds created from this version on, Skypiea lives in `roadtolaughtale:skypiea`: an endless sea of clouds a ship
really floats and sails on. Only the Knock Up Stream islet stays in the overworld. Existing worlds keep their
Skypiea (locked per world); in new worlds the addon's Skypiea takes precedence over Sky Island's.
- **Up, as in the story**: drop anchor near the islet and the Knock Up Stream throws the ship at the sky, crew aboard,
with a new cinematic; it lands on the White Sea in front of a great Heaven's Gate. On foot, the bubble column and
the stairs lead to the same place.
- The story island (Angel Island, Upper Yard, Shandora, Giant Jack) is built there by the same theme, at the same
coordinates, with its NPCs, quests and about thirty inhabitants. Around it: Heaven's Gate, the Shandia village,
Enel's shrine on a high cloud, and cloud islets as far as you can see.
- **Mini-bosses**: Enel in his shrine and his four priests in Upper Yard.
- **Down** through Cloud End: anchor for a ship, sneak on the golden slab on foot. `/roadtolaughtale tp white_sea`.

### Egghead rebuilt
- Two levels as in the story: the bottle-shaped Cloud Plant on a metal plate, the artificial cloud, and on it the
giant egg with its broken shell, Punk Records floating inside, and six Frontier Dome pylons. A glass ladder tube
goes up. Seraph S-Bear (a real, reinforced base-mod Pacifista) guards it.

### A wanted captain on every island
- Every island now has a **mini-boss**: a reinforced base-mod captain with a name, a boss bar and a bounty. He waits
at his spot, appears when a player comes near, **rages at half health** (Haki shockwave, hits harder, runs
faster) and comes back a while after his defeat. Forty-one of them, from Higuma and Buggy to Doflamingo and Loki.
- **`/wanted`** (or `/primes`), for any player: the wanted log, by sea, with islands, bounties and who you already
beat. Beating everyone in a sea grants an advancement.
- Gamerules `rtlMiniBosses`, `rtlMiniBossRespawnMinutes`, `rtlMiniBossHealthPercent`, `rtlMiniBossBountyPercent`.

### Eight more islands, more gamerules
- The addon's map now has 31 islands: Marine bases and pirate havens in every sea (16th Branch Fort, Skull Cove,
Navarone G-8, the Turtle's Haven, G-5 Base) and three wild islands (Rusukaina, Karakuri, Raijin), each with its
  town, inhabitants, tale and garrison.
- New gamerules `rtlIslandArrivals` and `rtlGarrisons`.

### Fish-Man Island is now its own world
- Fish-Man Island left the overworld: it lives in a new dimension, `roadtolaughtale:fishman_island`, ten
thousand metres under the sea. It exists in every world, old or new, with or without ompworld.
- **The trip, as in the story**: coat your ship at Sabaody, drop anchor in the archipelago's waters (or at the
dive point, a floating deck ringed by eight buoys). The ship really sinks inside its resin bubble, now drawn
around the hull, with the whole crew aboard; once under, everyone crosses into the dimension and the ship
keeps falling to the harbour basin while a new cinematic (`fishman_arrival`) shows the bubble, the palace
and the avenue from cameras placed in the world. Weigh anchor to rise back to the surface off Sabaody.
- **A bubble on your head**: underwater in that world every player wears a coral bubble around the head
(drawn, seen by others) and breathes. New item **Bubbly Coral** (three on first arrival, sold on the island):
the same bubble anywhere, five minutes.
- **A real city** under a bubble 104 blocks in radius: Ryugu Palace on its mound (grand staircase, throne
hall, onion dome, four towers), ring boulevards, avenues, Coral Hill and its lighthouse, the Sea Forest under
the roots of the tree Eve, Mermaid Cove and its café, Gyoncorde Plaza and its market, some fifty round coral
houses. Outside: the quay, reefs, kelp forests, and the ark Noah lying on the seabed.
- About forty inhabitants live there; Neptune, Jinbe, the Act VI quests and waves, the Poseidon and Joy Boy
steles, the arrival title and narration all moved there. New advancement *Ten Thousand Metres Under the Sea*.
- `/roadtolaughtale tp fishman_island` (city gate), `/roadtolaughtale tp dive_site`.
- In a world created earlier, the old dome stays on the seabed near Sabaody, empty.

### Every island gets a grand entrance
- The first time you reach the heart of an island (the addon's anime islands, ompworld's, story islands, Road
Poneglyph islands, Mary Geoise), the camera leaves your shoulder and circles the town from above while the
island's name lands on screen. Once per island and player; `/roadtolaughtale arrival` replays it.

### The One Piece map, built into the addon
- New worlds now generate **23 anime islands** on top of the story and Road Poneglyph islands, with no other map
mod: Dawn Island, Shells Town, Orange Town, Syrup Village, the Baratie, Cocoyasi and Arlong Park, Loguetown
(East Blue); Whisky Peak, Little Garden, Drum, Jaya, Long Ring Long Land, Thriller Bark, Kuraigana, Amazon
Lily, Baltigo, Flevance, Impel Down, Marineford (Paradise); Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Hachinosu, Egghead (New
  World).
- Each has its own terrain and a landmark you recognise from afar: the Drum Rockies and their castle, Whisky
Peak's giant cacti, Little Garden's volcano, Dressrosa's colosseum, Hachinosu's skull rock, Egghead's egg, the
  Marine HQ, Thriller Bark's castle, Arlong Park's pagoda, Loguetown's scaffold. The Baratie floats on the sea;
Impel Down is a prison tower with floors below the waves.
- A plateau at the centre of each island holds its town: villages, townsfolk, tales, garrisons and raids work
there exactly as on ompworld's islands. Arrival title, discovery counter, advancement *Around the Seas*.
- Locked at world creation (`worldgen.anime_islands`); not generated with ompworld, whose map already has them.
ompworld itself cannot be bundled (it is another team's all-rights-reserved work).

### Marines like the base mod
- The addon's Marines now carry Mine Mine no Mi's real Marine faction (haven brawlers the pirate one): the base
mod's pirates attack them on their own, and our Marines go after **players** exactly when a base-mod Marine
would (same faction and threat rules).
- Marine bases, Enies Lobby and Mary Geoise are garrisoned by real base-mod Marines (a vice admiral in the Holy
Land); pirate havens by a real pirate crew.
- Fights no longer crater the town: explosions during a raid hurt but break nothing.
- Villages can now be carved into volcanic rock (terraces), and lots refused under older rules are retried.

### Haki, effects, cinematics
- Shockwaves are now drawn in the world: a ring sweeping the ground, a rising front, and for Conqueror's Haki a
black band and red-and-black lightning. Screen shake, FOV punch, flash and vignette now exist in gameplay, fade
with distance, and follow the accessibility options.
- Used by Roger (awakening, phase changes, Divine Departure, death), the One Piece, Roger's sword and the Impact
Dial. New cinematic events `flash`, `punch`, `shockwave`; titles land with a camera push; Roger's awakening
  scene was reworked around them.
- Roger has a Haki pose; armed townsfolk have an attack animation. `/roadtolaughtale fx ...` to preview.

### Raids everywhere, and who fights
- Raids can now hit **every inhabited place**. Mary Geoise is attacked by a notorious captain's crew and defended
by a vice admiral, a Pacifista and their squad; Marine bases get the vice admiral too. Under the Fish-Man dome
the Ryugu guards hold the line, in Skypiea the Shandia warriors, in Elbaph the giant warriors, and in Water 7
the Galley-La shipwrights fight alongside the Marines.
- When only a third of the attackers are left, they flee (a stuck attacker no longer drags a raid to its
four-minute limit). Players who cut attackers down are also paid when a raid ends in a retreat.

### More villages on ompworld
- An island's main town now settles **next to** ompworld's own structures (pirate base, castle) instead of being
blocked underneath them; `/roadtolaughtale tp <island>` goes there.
- A lot that does not fit where planned is tried a few blocks away, so hilly islands get fuller villages.
- **Fish-Man Island** (ompworld's air bubble 360 blocks down) gets its village too: coral houses, a prismarine
  watchtower, pink stalls.
- On islands ompworld imports with their buildings, the addon adds details in free spots between them: the
island's flag building, two stalls, lamp posts, a field. Never on a roof or a floor, never against a building.
- On ompworld, Mary Geoise sits on top of its Mariejois: a ladder now runs down the foundations in front of each
  gate.

### ompworld on a dedicated server: terrain generation five times faster
- On a dedicated server, ompworld looks up the island under every block changed in the world by scanning its
whole catalogue, which freezes the server for tens of seconds while fresh terrain is generated. The addon now
remembers those answers (its only mixin, on `OnePieceGeography.claimIslandAt`; same results). Measured in dev:
64 fresh chunks on one island took 116 s without it, 24 s with it. Single-player is not affected by that check.

### Dev
- In the dev environment only, dropping `run/rtl_shot.request` makes the client write a screenshot with the GUI
hidden. Config: the village switch moved to `villages.build`.

### Fixed: the 70 % ocean was lost on restart
- The per-world worldgen lock (ocean share, island placement) was never written to disk. On the second launch
a new world fell back to vanilla terrain, with seams at the edge of explored chunks. It is now saved.

### Requirements
- Mine Mine no Mi **0.11.5+** (0.11.x) and GeckoLib **4.8.4+** (4.x) are now enforced.
