Turn the enchanted books you find into permanent villager trades. Hand a villager a book and it learns that enchantment, priced in emeralds. Give it a matching book later and the trade levels up by anvil rules. Works with modded enchantments.

What's new
Villagers now sell you every slot up front. You no longer have to fill one with a book before the next becomes available.
You can now buy all slots
This change makes higher slot villagers more desirable as they can have 100% chance success at max level. They also increase base level chances with 70% base at max level. Save your books then add a glowing gem and boom, guaranteed book, just takes more prep time now.
Install
Delete RLCraftVillagerTomes-2.0.0.jar from your mods folder before adding this one. Two versions crash on startup with a duplicate mod id.
Worlds and villagers carry over untouched.
