"The Mod" means the River Fishing Minecraft modification: its compiled
releases (jar files), source code, textures, models, sounds, data files and
all other assets in this repository.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO (no permission needed)

a. PLAY. Use the Mod in your game, on your server, in public or private,
including monetized servers operating within the Minecraft EULA.

b. MODPACKS. Include OFFICIAL, UNMODIFIED release jars of the Mod in
modpacks, free or monetized through platform rewards, provided the
pack is free to play, the Mod is credited as "River Fishing" by
Qwazar, and a link to an official page (section 4) is included.

c. CONTENT. Create and monetize videos, streams, screenshots, reviews
and other content featuring the Mod.

d. SOURCE. Read the source for reference and learning, compile it for
your own private use, and submit changes back as pull requests.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO (without prior written permission)

a. Re-upload or redistribute the Mod's files outside the official pages,
except inside modpacks as allowed by 1(b). This includes "mirror" and
mod-repost sites.

b. Publish modified versions, forks, ports or derivative mods, or use
the Mod's code or assets in another project.

c. Sell the Mod, paywall access to its files, or present it as your own
work.

3. CONTRIBUTIONS

By submitting a contribution (e.g. a pull request) you grant the
copyright holder a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use,
modify, relicense and distribute it as part of the Mod. You retain
copyright to your contribution.

4. OFFICIAL PAGES

The official distribution pages are those published by the copyright
holder, including: github.com/qwazar14/riverfishing (releases),
the Mod's CurseForge and Modrinth pages, and pages the copyright holder
uploads to personally.

5. GENERAL

Not an official Minecraft product; not approved by or associated with
Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft's own EULA applies to your use of the
game. Permissions beyond this license: open an issue on GitHub or
contact the copyright holder.

THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT
SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE MOD.
