The Asens Are A Violent, Hateful, And IMMENSLY Powerful Race Of Vengeful Hyparparasitic Warriors. (hyperparasites are parasitic organisms that infect other parasites) 

The Asens Are A Very Deadly Force, The Player Must Summon Them Manually With The Forbidden Mirror (A Craftable Single-Use Item). The Asens Rampage Is Split Into Phases. 7 Functional Phases Currently Exist, Though There Are 15 Total Phases Planned. Phases Increase With The Worlds "Collective Hatred" Which Increases By Around 1 Per Day.

At First, The Only Naturally Spawning Mobs Are Sacculite Larva. These Will Eventually Evolve Into Sacculites. Sacculites Are Fast And Deadly Mobs That Try To Convert Non-Asens Into Their Repurposed Forms. Sacculites Themselves Have Some Nasty Tricks Up Their Nonexistent Sleeves, They Can Leap, Dash, And Have A Chance To Go Aerial When Brought To Low Health. Apon Death They May Explode And Drop Pods, Which Can Hatch Into More Sacculites, Spawn Nasty Blocks, And Explode.

Repurposed Forms Are Mobs Taken Over And Twisted By A Nasty Hyperparasitic Sludge Called The Asenrot. These Mob Are Violent And Each Posses Some Unique Tricks Up Their Sleeves Based On Their Species, But All Repurposed Mobs Can Spread Sludge, Call For Backup, And Repurpose Other Mobs.

As The Asens Evolve And Grow, They Gain The Ability To Create More Powerful Entities...

Soldiers Are Humans That Joined The Asen Race, They Spawn With Armor, Weapons, And Tools That They WILL Use To Their Advantage. They Can Pillar Up, Dig Down, Build Villages, And Create Laboratories And Have 4 Rarer, Special Variants- The Hatemage, Hunter, Psycopath, And Pyromanic.

Constructs Are Deadly ... Constructs, As The Name Suggests ... Souls Piloting Asenrot-Filled Vessels Comprised Of Mechanical Matter. These Entities Hit Hard, Break Blocks, And Many Spread Fire. Though Each Member Of The Construct Class Has Some Unique Gimmicks Centered Around Indivisuals...

T1 > Broadcaster - Very Basic Unit, Has A Chance To Levitating Nearby Entities.
T1 > Ensnarement - Immobile Ground Entity... Just Don't Get Too Close, It Can Grab Entities And Thrash At Them, Dealing Very "Balanced" Amounts Of Damage Based On What It Has Grabbed.
T2 > Eviscerator - A Mob That Got Nerfed Twice - And It's Still A Threat! (Sorry) It Inflicts A Nasty Bleeding Effect...
T2 > Inferno - Imagine A Blaze, But Like, Worse. The Inferno Doesn't Fly Though, Thankfully.

T2 > Hellfire - The Inferno But Worse- Deadlier Fire, And It Explodes Into Flames Apon Death.
T3 > Oblivion - A Huge And Violent Construct, It Launches High-Speed Missiles, Creates Ground-Shattering Shockwaves, And Spews Deadly Clouds Of Immunia To Defend Itself
T3 > Grim Creeper - A Tall, Mostly Defensless Creeper. ... Though It Doesn't Exactly Need Defense, Since It's A Walking Nuclear Bomb.

Eventually, Once Refloration Phase Has Struck- Colonizers Will Rise From The Ground, Converting The World Into A Dark Land Made Of Living Decay... The Asenium Enclaves.

Rota - The Future

Rotas Future Plans Involve Compat With Other Mods - This Will Be Rotas Main Gimmick, Allowing The Asens To Use The Features And Mobs From Other Mods To Their Advantage.

Current Plans As Following:

Being the vengeful exterminators they are, the asens will focus on very specific "prey mods" as targets. these prey mods will have special compat with rise of the asens including new blocks, items, mobs, and mechanics. it is recommended rota is played with at least 2, though only using 1 can still result in decent experience.

Phayriosis 2 (Also Just Phayriosis)

A large horror themed infection / zombie apocalypse mod that is currently being developed. Phayriosis Adds a parasitic infection that manifests in the form of a toothy flesh biomass. the mod itself is split into many phases where the infection gradually grows stronger. The asens and phayriosis will fight as 2 conflicting forces, with the asens actively trying to hyperparasitize the abominations that phay throws at them, creating new items, blocks, and structures in the process.

Alex's Caves - A mod adding 6 new rare cave types to the world, complete with VERY high quality features. There are 4 specific caves rota will try to take over:

Toxic Caves - Old, abandoned caverns riddled with radioactive residue and evacuated buildings. The asens will """purify""" the cavern of its toxicity and fill it with immunia.

Magnetic Caves - A dark cavern filled with blue and red magnetic neodymium crystals.
The asens will tear into the remnants of the ancient mining operation, almost like some sort of act of... vengeance..., odd...

The Forlorn Hollows - A guano (yeah, thats poop) filled cavern where some sort of cult may be occuring... The asens will shift the focus of this cavern to them cleaning the place up whilst colonizing it.

The Candy Cavity - A Spacious cavern, converted entirely into sweets by mysterious magics. The asens will actively settle within these caverns, converting the terrain into a place of their own.

Essentially, the last of us in minecraft, but even deadlier. a very large mod that starts out simple but eventually becomes insanity, as fungal mycelium slowly takes over mobs, and the world. The asens and spore will fight as 2 conflicting forces, with the asens actively trying to hyperparasitize the myceliacs that spore throws at them, creating new items, blocks, and structures in the process.

A huge mod based on the change videogame, with tons of laboratories and facilities littered across the world teeming with latex entities... the Asens are INSANELY hostile towards these, and will actively try to take over changed labaratories and facilities, whilst also actively trying to hyperparasitize the transfurs that changed throws at them, creating new items, blocks, and structures in the process.
