The changelog is for the most part about the most significant changes. Since there were a lot of changes between the versions, most of the smaller ones are not listed here.
Stands
- Added new Stand: Gold Experience
A power-type Stand with physical stats lower than its peers, which has multiple ways of summoning various living mobs from Minecraft or other mods in the modpack, has access to healing, life detector, and a lifeshot finisher punch. - Added new mob: Coco Jumbo, and a Stand tied to it - Mr.President
Coco Jumbo is a turtle with a keyhole, that rarely spawns among regular turtles. Shoot it with an Arrow to try and awaken its Stand - Mr.President (the turtle may still die to the virus). Mr.President is accessed by jumping onto the turtle. - Added new mechanics to heavy punches
When an entity knocked back by a heavy attack flies into blocks, it takes extra damage and can break these blocks depending on their durability.
When punching a block, destroys more blocks in the area. Solid blocks destroyed this way will break off as block shard projectiles. - Added a new ability for Crazy Diamond - Fuse with stone
Is triggered by clicking the Restore terrain ability during the finisher punch windup - if the target breaks any blocks made of stone from the impact, and has less than 5 hearts, it turns into an Angelo Rock. - Updated Stand Arrow mechanics
Stand tiers are removed.
Players without a Stand get a "Meteoric Virus" effect after being pierced by an arrow - the consumes the player's experience levels, when it consumes enough (or the user survives the effect's duration), the player gets a random Stand from the pool.
Stands that were previously Tier 6 (Star Platinum and The World) are twice less likely to be given. - Increased the maximum default Stand stats, there is also now a small increase in stats between Resolve Levels 0-4
- Updated Star Platinum and The World's models, added time stop windup animations for the Stands and a time stop shader effect
- Added Stand motion tilt animation
Hamon
- Added a Hamon Breath mechanic
Instead of slowly refilling Hamon energy passively, Hamon users use Hamon Breath ability (bound to Middle Mouse Button by default) to get Hamon energy and enhance their moves.
The player may still use abilities without Hamon energy, however, this makes abilities much weaker and costs breath stability, which may lead to the Hamon user losing breath. - Changed/rebalanced a lot of the abilities
Most of the "punchy" abilities now have player animations. The animations are only visible if you install playerAnimator and bendy-lib mods, if you don't have them in your modpack you'll get the download links in the chat. - Hamon training changes
Breathing training level no longer caps Hamon Strength and Hamon Control level by default.
Completing all 4 exercises now lets the player skip 2 days instead of 1.
If the player has level 100 of breathing training, it will not decrease anymore if they stop doing exercises. - Changed the Breath control mask's effect
Now, instead of increasing the speed of exercises, it enables the bonus to the breathing training level for training for multiple days in a row.
The exercises are now completed with the same speed they would be with the mask on before the update. - Each Hamon technique now gives efficiency bonus to the base skills from specific skill branches
- Players now use H to learn Hamon from other players instead of right-clicking
- Updated Hamon aura particles, they now also render around the hand in 1st person
Vampirism
- Added coffins - bed variation for skipping daylight
- Vampirism can now be removed in survival
The process involves getting Weakness 5 from taking sun damage, and eating an enchanted golden apple, then wait a few days for the curing process. - Added a "heavy attack" to the moveset
- Space Ripper Stingy Eyes now have a 1 second windup
(Commands only) Added WIP Pillar Man and Zombie movesets
Pillar Men have Light Mode, Flame Mode and Wind Mode variations, however, the Ultimate Thing is currently not implemented.
Items
- Firebomb - throwable, sets blocks and entities on fire on impact, can be infused with Hamon for extra AoE damage
- Polaroid - consumes paper to take pictures of what you're currently looking at
- Updated Tommy Gun model and the bullet visuals
- Updated the Blade Hat model
General
- Added JoJo menu for customizing control schemes for each Stand - can be accessed by using "\" key by default
- Client config settings moved to the Minecraft's options menu
- Lots of other undocumented small patches and bug fixes, including the patches for community addon support
