Riot Storage: Tech Reborn - Fabric

The add-on now supports Riot Storage 1.2.0 and newer instead of requiring one
exact base-mod version. Compatible Riot Storage updates can be installed
without updating the add-on. All existing add-on features remain available.

### Included in this add-on

- Network Power Supply: connected networks use 10 E per installed disk per
  tick.
- New 1024K, 5120K, and 10240K storage disks with progressively harder Tech
  Reborn recipes.
- Tech Reborn materials in storage-disk and other selected crafting recipes.
- A steel-and-blue machine palette for Riot Storage blocks and items, with
  distinct colors for each disk tier.
- Updated item server, autocrafter, deposit chest, and transparent cable
  textures.
- Light-emitting item server, autocrafter, and inventory displays.

### Requirements

- Minecraft 26.2 with Fabric Loader and Fabric API
- Riot Storage 1.2.0 or newer
- Tech Reborn

Install the add-on alongside the main Riot Storage mod. It does not replace
the main mod. A future Riot Storage update that changes internal code may
still require an add-on update.
