Adds Regeneration I Ring and Resistance I Ring. Wearable in armor slot. 

A basic mod created to help my hard mod pack to have some leniency. Adds potion rings useable by putting in off-hand. The blackish-blue ring offers Resistance 1 potion effect and the dark-red ring offers Regeneration 1 potion effect.
