You can tame and ride Ravagers

Rideable Ravagers is a Fabric mod that makes it possible for you to ride ravagers after feeding them the Ravagers Cake

Ravagers Cake

The mobs that spawn in a raid are attracted to this block and want to eat it. If a Ravager eats it becomes rideable but if any other mob eats it dies.
