  • 🌿 Ported Ribbits to Fabric for Minecraft 26.1.x.
  • 🏡 Kept Ribbit villages generating with their homes, bridges, decorations, and little village life intact.
  • 🧭 Preserved the original village structure flow while keeping the required YUNG-style generation support local to this port.

🎒 Ribbit Friends

  • 🐸 Restored Ribbit professions, spawn eggs, merchant behavior, fishing, gardening, sorcerer buffs, music sessions, umbrellas, and animations.
  • 🎵 Kept band behavior, instruments, custom sounds, and synced music playback working on the updated Fabric stack.
  • 🛒 Added vanilla-friendly trading stillness so merchant Ribbits stay put while their trade screen is open.

🧱 Blocks, Items, And Decorations

  • 🍃 Restored Ribbit village blocks and decorative items, including mossy oak pieces, stools, drums, maracas, party hats, and village props.
  • 🧺 Fixed missing English display names so items and blocks show friendly names instead of raw translation ids.
  • 🥚 Fixed Ribbit spawn eggs so each egg keeps its intended Ribbit variant data when used normally or in spawners.

🦎 Fabric 26.1.x Port Work

  • 🧩 Updated the project to a focused Fabric-only layout for the 26.1.x port.
  • 🦎 Updated GeckoLib integration and resource paths for the current animation system.
  • 🧵 Updated Cloth Config and Fabric API compatibility for Minecraft 26.1.x.
  • 🧹 Removed unused multiloader leftovers and cleaned the project for a first public release.

🧪 Tested

  • ✅ Built successfully for Minecraft 26.1.2 on Fabric.
  • ✅ Verified in the TESTFABRIC instance.
  • ✅ Checked Ribbit village locating/generation, spawn eggs, merchant interaction, buffs, music, fishing, item names, and core animations.
