What's new
- Refactored the caching mechanism.
- Structure template caching is now limited by a memory budget instead of entry count, preventing large numbers of templates in modpacks from being repeatedly loaded.
- When the budget is exceeded, the least recently used templates are evicted first. Templates used within the last 30 seconds will not be evicted.
- Only datapack templates are cleaned up.
