Brings back the infamous Deathbound enchantment and extends death drop despawn time!

What's new
- Deathbound is now a level I–III enchantment instead of single-level.
- Each level has a decreasing chance to downgrade on death (50% to be removed at level I, 33% chance to drop to level I at level II, 25% chance to drop to level II at level III)
- Updated librarian trades to offer all three levels across Novice to Expert tiers.
